Ninja Love Chapter Fifteen - Date Night?

Narrated by Aki
Hanzo and Goemon saved us from the river and took us to the nearby town.

Hanzo: Kotaro is wounded let's get him patched up here. There is no need to worry, this is our hideout. It's safe.

Kotaro starts stripping off his Kimono to show the doctor his wound. 

Goemon: Did Aki sew this up? What a lady!

Kotaro: …

Goemon: Get some antibacterial on that. It will be fine in four days.

Aki: Thank god…

Goemon: But it's a pretty deep cut. If she hadn't sewn that up then…

Hanzo: Princess… you really are the perfect symbol of the ninjas

Aki: I just couldn't help myself…

Goemon: Well you sure did a good job.

Goemon throws his arms around me!

Goemon: You should be my woman!

Kotaro swings his head around and give Goemon a dirty look.

Kotaro: …

He then walks over to Goemon and grabs his arm.

Goemon: What's wrong Kotaro?

Kotaro: … Don't talk to the princess that way.

Goemon: Hah! You don't mean that you have a thing for Aki?!

Kotaro: …

Slam!

Kotaro punches Goemon in the nose!
Goemon: Ouch! C'mon I can't help it. I'm a manly guy!

Kotaro: …

Goemon: I can understand getting jealous, but you don't have to hit me!

Kotaro: I'm not jealous. Think about your position before you open your mouth.

Kotaro keeps his eyes on Goemon and quickly puts his kimono back on.

Aki: …

Kotaro: …

Even though I felt so close to Kotaro on the river…isn't he a little jealous? I guess all I'll ever be to Kotaro is the ninja princess.

Hanzo: Goemon. Kotaro is right! Treat the princess with proper respect.

Goemon: Yeah yeah, I got it already.

Hanzo turns to me.

Hanzo: We got word from Kotaro about your situation and came looking for you.

Aki: So that's how you found us…

Hanzo: Of course, we were surprised to find you floating on the river…

Kotaro: The Hachisuka hit us with their cannon, but I got their leader…

Hanzo: Is that so…Good work Kotaro.

Kotaro: …But I failed killing Nobakatsu, and he fled into the mountains. I couldn't pin point where he was hiding without putting the princess in danger.

Hanzo: I understand Kotaro… We're waiting for Saizo, Sasuke, and Jen Jen to show up here. We will deal with Nobakatsu when they get here. For now take the princess out shopping. Her clothes have been damage from the attack right? 

Kotaro: Yes…

Hanzo: Alright then be back before night fall. 

Kotaro: Understood…

Goemon: I'll come along too, after all Kotaro wouldn't know the first thing about women's clothing.

Kotaro: …

Aki: I don't feel right about you guys buying me clothes. I'm fine with what I have. Jen and I can fix my clothes when she gets here.

Hanzo: Princess we can have you wearing the clothes you are wearing now. You are a symbol of the Ninjas there for you are our image. 

Goemon: He's right! We can't have our symbol looking like she is wearing rags.

I sighed.

Aki: Okay…I understand.

Goemon, Kotaro and I headed out to the town. The town was full of life! There were so many people running around, and the smell in the air was delicious! I was starting to get hungry with all the food around us.

Goemon: The kimono shop is right up head.

Aki: Okay!

There was a big commotion inside the Kimono shop. When we walked in Saizo was sitting down drinking sake. 

Goemon: Saizo?

Saizo: Goemon…

Goemon: So what are you doing here drinking Sake in a kimono shop?

Saizo: I'm waiting for the love struck monkey to hurry up. 

Jen Jen: SASUKE GET OUT OF HERE I'M CHANGING!

Sasuke: What's the big idea? You're going to be my wife anyways!

Jen Jen: IT DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN STRIP ME NAKED AND TRY PUTTING A NEW KIMONO ON!

Sasuke: Just relax, and flow with it! I'll strip you and dress you in a blink of an eye!

I walked over to the dressing room, and saw that Sasuke was trying to pull the door open and Jen was trying to force it closed.

Aki: Jen?

Jen Jen let go of the door and Sasuke fell backwards onto his back.

Jen Jen: Aki! You're alright!

Jen Jen Ran over to me and hugged me. I squeezed her back. I missed her so much, and it seemed like forever since I have seen her. I looked down and realized she was wearing Sasuke's ninja kimono.

Aki: Ah…Jen…Why are you wearing Sasuke's Kimono?

Jen jumped back and blushed. 

Jen Jen: Well you see…My clothes got ripped up…

Aki: How?

Jen Jen: Well talk about that later… I'm ganna put on my new kimono!

Aki: Okay! I'm going to pick a few out.

Goemon came over to Jen and I he pushed us both together and stared at us. He stared at us for some time then let us go. He turned around and started looking at some kimono.

Kotaro: Can you help me pick out a kimono.

Kotaro didn't say anything. He walked over and watched me as I pointed out some cute kimono. He suddenly grabbed a Kimono that was blue and had Sakura on it. It was a very pretty kimono. 

Kotaro: This one…

I looked at Kotaro and smiled.

Aki: It's beautiful Kotaro!

I took it from Kotaro and went into the dressing room. I put on the Kimono and walked out to show Kotaro the kimono he picks out for me. When I looked to Kotaro's face he was blushing.

Goemon: It seems Kotaro knows women's clothing after all.

Kotaro: …

Aki: I love it! 

Jen Jen came out of the dressing room as well. She was wearing a kimono with Sakura on it as well, but her kimono was pink.

Goemon: Now it might just be me but you girls look like twins!

Sasuke: Wow! Jen Jen! It really suits you, and you do look like Aki's twin!

Jen and I looked at each other and laughed.
Kotaro: Princess…Are you hungry?

I looked at Kotaro and smiled.

Aki: Yes! I am very hungry.

Goemon: Well I guess that is Kotaro's way of asking you out to dinner.

Kotaro: … It's my job to take care of the princess.

Goemon: Right, So I'm going back to Hanzo. Saizo, Sasuke, and Jen Jen you should come with me.

Saizo: Yes, we have to report on something's.

Sasuke: Awe, I wanted to play with Jen Jen and Aki some more!

Jen Jen: Sasuke come on! 

Jen Jen pulled Sasuke along as Saizo and Goemon went back to the hideout. Kotaro looked at me and slightly blushed.

Kotaro: What kind of food would you like to eat?

Aki: Hmmm…Well I have never had Beef Stew! Can we go try some?

Kotaro shook his head yes then lead me to a restaurant where they severed Beef Stew. We sat down together and had a great time. Kotaro seemed to smiled more, and laugh more than usual. Kotaro looked outside and sighed.

Kotaro: …It's time for us to head back Princess.

Aki: Okay!

On the way to the hideout Kotaro didn't say anything. He just listened to me talk about everything that I saw. I stopped in front of a Shrine. I ran into the Shine and prayed for all the people in the Village to be safe. If by some chance they did lose their lived I prayed that they would find peace in the after live.

Kotaro: …Princess.

Aki: Alright Kotaro.

Kotaro walked back to the Hideout and Hanzo and the others were still in a meeting.

Hanzo: Princess… We need to talk.
