"Ma'am we need you to push" the doctor kept pressing down on my stomach trying to push the baby out. I squeezed Derek's hand "keep pushing babe you're most there" Derek said and he pissed me off because he can clearly see I'm trying.

"OHHH FUCK" i kept pushing and then crying broke the room. "I heard whispering from the nurses. I'm confused. "Mrs.shepherd," the doctor said. "Yeah what's wrong with her" I asked "it's not a her its a him" me and Derek looked at eachother confused until I felt another contraction "AHHH" I screamed and squeezed Derek's hand harder and I started to cry. "Ma'am why didn't you tell us you're having twins" the nurse said. "WHATT" derek yelled and i couldn't even speak "okay you need to push" t inside my brain im think how, why didnt my doctor tell me i was having twins and what the fuck am i going to do. "Okay you're almost there" "two more big pushes for me" "UHH" I groaned and cries erupted in the room. "Heres your baby girl and baby boy" The doctor placed them both in my arms. They are so adorable. "Hey butterfly and hello my little star" Derek whispered and kissed their tiny heads. "What are their names?" the nurse asked. "Annastasia and Alexander" I smiled and looked down at them. They had my eyes. Their eyes are so hypnotizing. "They look so much like I love you." Derek pecked my lips and I smiled. Anna started to cry which made Alex cry. "I think they're hungry" Derek unbuttoned the back of the hospital gown letting it fall. I literally had Alex on my left and Anna on my right. "Mommy" beckham and blair bursted into the room and christina and derek's parents. "You had twins!!" Christina said. "Yeah it was a surprise for us too" I giggled as "we got two new siblings." Beckham said excitedly. And Blair's smile widened. "Want to hold them?" I asked and they ran to the side of the bed . Derek picked them up and put them on the bed. "I want to hold her," Blair said. And I let Anna unlatch and gave her to Derek so he can help Blair hold her. "What is her name?" Beckham asked. "Annastasia but anna for short and this is alexander but alex for short" i smiled and let alex unlatch and helped beckham hold him. "That's some beautiful name Meredith," Derek's mother said. "Daddy, how are babies made?" Blair asked derek. He froze Carolyn , Christina and Henry started laughing. "Yeah mommy, how are babies made?" beckham asked with a confused face. "Well um" Derek was still frozen. And i giggled
