We had a few days off from writing and recording, so we took that time, to be tourists, and just relax by the pool.I was sitting on a lounge cahir, while Luke and Calum were fooling around in the pool, tanning myself, when I get a call. I chack the caller ID, and it's Harper. She never calls me. I answer and she seems excited.
"What?What i so exciting. Yes I can tell. Now spit it out." I say.
"Do you think 5SOS would be okay with Scar, Del, and I coming out to help write a few songs?"She asks hopefully. I tell her to hold on while i ask Luke and Calum, who agree and send me towards Michael and Ashton, who both also agree. I come back to my phone, and tell Harper that it's fine, and she hurriedly explais that they'll be there on Saturday. Okay. Four days to prep for them. That's one recording day without them. I'm demoing a song I wrote a few days ago called Talk. And I'm honestly really excited about it.
*TIME SKIP TO THE WRITING DAY*
It's the last recording day before the gilrs get here in 2 days, so I decide to look nice bfore I look like my regualr Claire Valentine slobby form. I pull on a black skater skirt, a blue and floral flowy top, black gladiator sandals, and messily braid my hair, throwing a bow headband over it. I take mirror selfi and post on twitter '@claire_valentine: Last day writing without my girls. So excited to see them on Staurday! @harperreed @thedelilahmercer @theofficialscarlettj'
And head out to the car for one of the few sessions we have left.
We get to the studio, and i'm up first. god, this is very exciting. honestly, this is my favorite track so far.

By the time we get back to the house, I'm exhausted. I never realized how much writing and recording can take out of you. Thankfully, I have my brother, our friends, and soon, my best sister friends(yes I call them that) here with me too.
I take off the makeup I had on, and change into some shorts and a t-shirt, and plop onto my bed, drifting to sleep almost immediately.
