"You're getting married!" I squealed happily, as Lane and us girls were hanging around in one of the guy's aunts basement. The bachelorette party did not go as planned, and now the bachelorette and bachelor parties were combined and hanging out together. It wasn't bad, necessarily - there was beer, fooseball, and other games.

"It's been such a stressful day with my mom's mom in town that I haven't had time to think about that, but you're right. I'll be a wife tomorrow" Lane said, looking lovingly over at Zack. I smiled, looking over to Dean who was playing fooseball with some of the guys. These weren't his close friends, but since he knew Zack and Lane, and we'd all been fairly close, Zack invited him on his bachelor party.

"Oh look at you! Do you think Dean is going to propose soon, again?" Lane asked, curiously. Shocked, I looked back at her. She stood there with a wide grin. "Oh that'd be so fun to plan your wedding next! Ah!"

"Oh dear, I...I hadn't even thought about that" I said.

"I mean, you've clearly thought about living together and the next steps, right? I mean you two spent all of winter break at your apartment together, right? That was like living together, right?" Lane said. I smiled, thinking back to then.

"Yea, it was great. I think about that, but then I've got med school, residency and fellowship. When am I supposed to fit in being a wife and possibly a mom?" I said, shrugging my shoulders. Lane smiled.

"You'll figure it out. Work for you is like your destress" Lane said, laughing.

"What are you two laughing about?" Mom asked, as she came over with Rory.

"Lane's making fun of me for being a workaholic" I said, rolling my eyes.

"I just said that if Dean proposes, her becoming a doctor is not going to get in the way of that. It'd be her stress relief probably" Lane explained better, and Mom and Rory laughed, but also in an awkward surprised way.

"Has Dean said anything about proposing?" Rory asked, and I sighed. We weren't back to 100%, but close enough.

"No, he hasn't, and I hadn't thought about it until Lane brought it up. Lord knows what could happen" I said. "I'm getting another beer, anyone want one?" I asked, leaving the conversation.

The next morning was basically a blur, as Rory and I rushed to make sure Lane was all dressed and ready for both ceremonies.

"Are you almost done?" Rory asked me, as I was putting on the finishing touches of Lane's makeup and hair.

"Yes. Give me two minutes" I said, putting on the last bit of powder on. I stepped back, looked satisfied, and then let her look in the mirror.

"I love you! This is perfect! Thank you!" Lane said excitedly, as she jumped and hugged me tightly. I smiled, and then went to go downstairs where everyone was gathering for the ceremony. Dean was waiting with Rory, Mom and Dad. Rory saw me first, giving me a smile before Dean caught where her gaze was and smiled widely at me.

"You look... beautiful" He said, wrapping his arms around me. I nuzzled into his side, as things began to start.

The first wedding was such a show, that for the second wedding it felt so real. Standing next to Lane and Rory, I felt flutters in my stomach looking to Dean.

Lorelei's POV

"This could be Tory and Rory next" Christopher said, which caused me to look at my daughters. "Look at Dean and Tory"

They were staring at each other, and Dean had the goofiest grin on his face. I could tell Tory was trying not to blush, and I missed seeing these moments with my daughter. She was, as always, a closed book with her emotions, but seeing her look at Dean, there was no denying their love.
