Mikoto: Ehhhh?!

Sylvia: Oh...that's not good...

As the young boy tells them a villain has appeared. Deku, Mikoto, and Sylvia are all surprised by the presence of a villain before Katsuki pushes them aside, demanding Katsuma to explain himself better.

Bakugo: TELL US EVERYTHING!!!

Katsuma: O-O-Okay!

Mikoto: OI! BAKUGO! YOU'RE SCARING HIM! LAY OFF!

*Meanwhile*

Fumiko: Just what is going on here?

Meanwhile, in the Hero Public Safety Commission Headquarters, called down there with the Yuki-Onna was Deadly Scent and Hawks in a committee meeting. From the report that Mizuki, Tohru's brother, had send to them. The Hero Committe then tells them that in recent weeks, several heroes have been attacked and that they have lost their Quirks. They suspect that the League of Villains has managed to reproduce the Quirk-Nullfying Bullet.

Concern about the latest events. The public safety commission asks Fumiko, Shun, and Keigo if they had heard anything about this.

Fumiko: I'm afraid not. A Quirk Nullifying Bullet? I believe that's impossible. The only one who were able to make such a thing was the Shie Hassakai.

Shun: Exactly. Wasn't that that drug substance which was capable of not only damaging the genetic mechanisms that compose someone's quirk...but destroying it from their factors...

Fumiko: Yes but now that Shie Hassakai is disbanded with their leader tortured and quirkless with the others taken into custody.

Hawks: I agree with the Yuki-Onna and Deadly Scent. I don't think that these incidents are from the Quirk bullet.

Shun: So you're suggesting the possibility that their Quirk may have been stolen...?

Hawks nodded.

Although Hawks acknowledges it is an unlikely assumption since AFO in jail. Still, he is certain that the League of Villains is involved in these incidents.

Fumiko: This could be related to the cargo that they stolen.

Committee: Then what do you think was in the cargo, Yuki-Onna?

Fumiko: I believe it was...A Life Support Unit. Even though we're under the assumption that All For One is in jail. We can't be relived just yet. Shigaraki Tomura was after that cargo for a reason.

Shun: If it's a life support unit. Would that mean someone was in the cargo.

Fumiko: Yes.

Hawks: Interesting...

Deadly Scent threw him a suspecious look but didn't say a word.

*Meanwhile*

At Nabu Island, Katsuki rushes over to where Katsuma said the villain is located, carrying the little kid and being followed by Izuku, Mikoto, and Sylvia.

Mikoto: So where is that villain again?!

Deku: Katsuma-kun told me he saw the villain at the ancient castle ruins located in Mount Shiroyama, on a smaller island next to Nabu.

Sylvia: Then let's get there fast!

Before them. Bakugo already arrives on scene first to confront the villain: a giant praying mantis wreaking havoc on the side of the hill. Katsuki uses Stun Geneade to blind it, but he notices something wrong and stops attacking.
