When Mikoto had introduced Hinako to Class 1-C. They were all astounded and befuddled to learn that she was created by one of the missing former students of last year.

Hinako sadly announced that her master probably had met her end which is why she comes in.

As soon as the doll became ajusted to the new Class 1-C. It became apparent that the girls were in awe by her cuteness and intelligence. Especially Oka, who seems to taken a liking to her.

Mikoto told them it's best they keep Hinako a secret for now...even though that will be too much of a hassle if the teachers were watching their every move.

Mikoto: So you really want to help us Hinako?

Hinako: Yep! That's right! It's my mission!

Eito: Uhhh...But what can ya do? No offense but you're a doll...

Hinako: I maybe a doll but I can give you bits of information. Like what the Public Safety Commission is really after...Think of me like an AI!

Luna: AI?

Riku: It stands for artificial intelligence.

Chassy: It's kind of like Riku's robots but different.

Mikoto: Okay. Let's get started then. What do you know about the Hero Public Safety Commission?

Hinako: The Hero Public Safety Commission...is targeting you guys...

Hinako: Because you're digging into top deep with the secrets of the government is trying to hide. That's what happend to the original Class 1-C. Under the noses of the hero teachers that work here, the government believes like the class from last year. They view you as a threat.

Akira: W-What?

Kelly: Us...A threat to them?

Chassy: What did we do to make us pose as a threat. We weren't snopping around that much....

Luna: H-How do they even know about us?

Zoe: Is it because of the Sports Festival when we first introduced to the world?

Hinako shook her head which confused the class.

Hinako: No. Take another wild guess.

Some of the students try to think of other ideas on how the commission was able to know about them until an idea struck one of them like lighting.

Riku: Ah! They keep records of our quirks! That's how they found out who we are!!!

Class 1-C: ?!!

Hein: Yes. That is correct. When we applied for U.A. We had also submitted Quirk Registry.

Kenji: That's how they found out about us. They got us through U.A. Quirk Registry and a Body Specifications form before starting school.

Chassy: If my knowledge is correct. Most kids are diagnosed and registered all at once during elementary school.
