Niko: I heard of your heroic tales lately along with Class 1-C. You thought that what you all have been through up until now was hell? Well...You haven't seen nothing yet...Believe me. It's going to get worst from here on out. The War between heroes and villains will shake this society to the core.

Niko: Have you and the others had fun playing hero? Going on about your days, risking your life to help these people with their problems. Going down the mellow path and saving civilians. Well that's just fine and dandy right~? All for the sake of everyone's future and salvation???
