Mikoto VS Niko PT. 1

Mikoto and Niko charged at each other. Once their first attacks hit, it caused an collision of ive and.shadow powers destroying the area around them.

Mikoto attacked a second time to land a blow on Niko..

Of course, that was much easier said than done given just how slippery Niko was. He was easily able to duck beneath a snow attack from Mikoto, and he jumped backwards effortlessly when Mikoto attempted to use snow kunais against the shadow user in melee quarters.

Niko: Darkness Physiology!

To Mikoto's shock, the whole world around them turned dark. He couldn't see a thing anymore besides Niko.

Mikoto: (How did he do that...I thought his quirk was just shadow claws...)

Niko: Kehehehe~~~! Fun~! Fun~! Fun~!

Mikoto blocked all the shadow claws that tried to cut him up. Niko continued to giggle psychopathically as he conjured up another move.

Niko: Dark Invisibly.

Niko was soon clouded in darkness and Mikoto couldn't find him anywhere. So to prevent Niko from getting the upperhand, Mikoto quickly used Image Breaker and destroyed the illusion.

Niko: No Fair!

Mikoto: Snow Tornado!

Niko: Shadow Construct!!!

Niko slashes the tornado in two as Mikoto continued to make more ice freezing attacks to keep the shadow slasher at bay.

Mikoto created a snow armor and shield to protect himself.

Mikoto: (This way, Niko's shadow claws would be at a disadvantage aganist it but who knows for how long....)

The shadow slasher was thinking the same thing which utterly annoyed him.

Niko: Hmph!

Back then, Niko didn't seem to care at all that one of his allies had been wounded and taken out of the fight.

After all...if you noticed.. Mikoto once thought that Niko had seemed so confident that he would be able to win as long as he had help on his side.

But seeing Niko not even looking scared or holding a slight look of concern for the other villains made Mikoto shuddered a bit.

Mikoto: (He doesn't care about them at all, does he? He doesn't care about anyone but himself.)

Well yes but actually no. Niko does care about his allies. He just refused to pity them given their traumatic backgrounds. He used, abused, and taken advantage of everyone around him. The shadow user wouldn't be surprised if they do the same thing to him.

He did it all for the sake of his boredom.

Niko pulled out the claws again and swerved around a blast of dark power before preparing to slash at Mikoto.

Niko: LET'S SEE YOU DODGE THIS!!!

Instead of dodging, knowing that it won't do much Mikoto creates another ice shield like wall to block the attack only for Niko to crumble it all to the ground.

Niko: Oh come on MIKOCHAN! Stop hiding and fight me!

He asked for it....

Mikoto: ENGAGE!

Mikoto used Engage to threw up an illumination light to block the strike before letting out a quick blast of snow that knocked Niko a bit backwards. He stumbled for a few feet before Niko regains his footing to avoid being swept in once again by another snow tornado, Mikoto utilizing his quirk to create another wall of ice that kept the older boy far from him. The villain attempted to find a way to swerve around the wall, but he was quickly struck in the arm with an ice kunais created by Mikoto following by a ice sealing slash to Niko's shoulder, dislocating it.

Niko: Ouch. That hurts~!

Mikoto: (Once again. He's not taking me seriously! In fact, he already looks hurt even though that ice is sticking out of his bleeding arm.)

The shadow slasher brutally pulls the ice kunai out of his arm, not even flinching.

Mikoto shuddered hearing the cracking sounds of Niko putting the bone in his shoulder back in place.

Niko: This is getting fun~~~! I see you have learned a few tricks up your sleeve!

Although that was enough to keep him from getting any closer than he already had, and Mikoto was soon quick to follow up on that with a flick of his hand and a blast of snow that forced Niko back again however, Niko powers up his shadow claws from the darkness below while simultaneously shredding the ice wall causing Mikoto to retreated outside the battle arena.

Niko follows suit not letting Mikoto get away.

Niko: MIKOCHAN!!! GET BACK HERE!!!

It was while the Mikoto was struggling with finding his balance in the air, if that was possible. Mikoto quickly released a quick attack of ice to block Niko's devastating shadow claws from slashing him as well, before Mikoto used Mystical Snow to try and trap the villain in place. He sighed with relief before looking over and realizing that Niko was continuing to work on a concoction of some sort.

*SLASH*

Mikoto:...!

*CRUSH*

Niko: Kehehehehe~!

Mikoto used what leftover ice to reclaim his posture, but he was knocked off course by a shadow attack from Niko, forcing him to crash into a building a few moments later.

The sound of his head making contact with the concrete underneath was enough to make anyone wince, and something in the back of his mind told him that he will be suffering most from a concussion later. If he survives this that is...

Refusing to give up, Mikoto attempted to get to his feet regardless, moving out of the way once he saw Niko charging once again at him.  Using the snow to push himself away from the ground with one hand while he nursed his injury with the bleedimg other hand. Using to ice powers to heal. He was unable to fight off his dizziness though, and that almost left him as a perfect target to be admittedly incredibly exhausted.

Niko: FOUND YOU~~~!

Once again, Niko tries to kill him by slashing with the shadow claws but luckily Mikoto was able to flick an ice abilities in his direction and freeze Niko once again in place.

He knows that won't hold him off for long so he quickly finds an open room, giving enough time to regain himself as Niko broke out of the ice prison chuckling to himself about how much he's having.

Niko: WHOO-HOO! SO MUCH FUN~! FUN~! FUN~! FUN~!

Given the fact that the last creation of his had ended with a shattering explosion, Mikoto knew that he had to find some other way to stop him.

Niko: You're not giving up are you?

Mikoto: No. I'm not. I'm just getting started. I'm taking you down. One way or another.

Niko: Good...

Shadows start forming around Niko whispering HATE and DEATH which caused Niko to giggle evilly before he broke into an maniacal laughter. With slight fear, Mikoto noticed one of villain's eyes had changed. His left eye was darkened with his pupil turning red and his teeth turned razor sharp. Shadow Claws all around them ready and active.

His new sudden appearance was like that of a shadow demon.

Niko: Cause so am I~~~! You better entertain me more~!

Mikoto: You're gonna pay for all of this, Niko!

Niko: THEN GO ON AHEAD AND MAKE ME PAY, HERO!!!

The brutal wicked fight continues...
