The Aftermath

After Class-1-A emerged victorious over the threat, a large number of heroes (Hawks, Yuki-Onna, Geysis, Deadly Scent, Endeavor, etc) and the military arrived on Nabu Island, rescuing the trapped civilians including Rikido, Koji, Toru, Riku, Hein, Lilac, Chassy, and Akira, medically treating Class 1-A and Class 1-C, and providing humanitarian aid...

As Hawks rescues Fumikage and Mina, Oka, Mio, and Kieran.

Deadly Scent and Endeavor managed to rescue Souta, Jack, Shouto, Iida, and the others.

Both Shun and Endeavor was crying while hugging the annoyed yet embarrassed Souta and Shouto as their classmates laugh at them with glee yet happiness.

Present Mic smiled at the scene, fully glad his students are safe and sound. Geysis looked close by before turning his attention at All Might.

Toshinori recovers the barely conscious Izuku, Mikoto, and the unconscious Sylvia and Bakugo. The Yuki-Onna was with him as well.

Fumiko: Thank Goodness...you gave me quite a fright you did...

Mikoto: Sorry Mom...I didn't mean to worry you...

Fumiko: It's okay. As long as your safe. I'm just livid to see you're alright.

Fumiko had a few tears in her eyes while Geysis rolled his eyes.

Geysis: *Walks up to them* Geeze Yukimura. Don't ever pull a stunt like that again. That could've killed you ya know...

Mikoto: Hahaha...yeah...

Using Engage to combine with One For All. He was surprised the power didn't he break his bones like it did to Deku and Bakugo. But it did brutally wounded him and Sylvia.

Deku: Miichan...All Might...
Everyone...I'm sorry...

Izuku tearfully apologizes to all of them for giving One For All to Bakugo because he had no other choice if he wants to protect the people on the island before losing consciousness.

Mikoto: Izuku...

Geysis: He'll be fine kid...he just lost consciousness...

Fumiko: You get some sleep too...You'll need it.

Mikoto: Okay. I trust you guys to look after us...

A few seconds later, he then passed out as well.

Fumiko: *Sighs*

Geysis: Your kid is one of a kind.

Fumiko smiled as she gently touched her son's bluish white hair in motherly affection.

Fumiko: He is...and I'm glad he is. I'm glad he didn't turn out to be like me. (Your father was right, Mikoto. You have become your own hero.)

Toshinori smiles at the scene as he looks at Deku. He silently forgives Izuku, but is left surprised when he sees One For All still retained inside of Izuku.

Geysis: That's strange. So One For All is still within the kid. I thought he passed it on over to Bakugo like he said he did.

All Might: That's what I thought too...unless...Bakugo must've lost consciousness before the transfer could be completed.

Fumiko: What about Mikoto and Akuma-chan here. Didn't he just also transferred the quirk to them.

Geysis: I have a theory.  What about Engage?

All Might: Go on...

Geysis: In my theory, Yukimura must've unconsciously used his powers to temporarily block the transformation from transferring but instead buff up their attacks on the villain.
