Niko laughs as he watches his underlings who are now part of the Paranormal Liberation Front, get ready to upcoming War.

Most of them were his lackeys from the prison he broke them out of. Others were citizens that used to worked under Re-Destro.

Rika.

Chenya.

Roi.

Tadashi.

Gyaku.

Who would've thought....they were all so easy to manipulate. They sure have lost their ways.

Pansa told him most of their classmates were dead now. However, four more were still out there still hiding in secrey. Although one of them is working together with Class 1-C while the other three are trying to figure out the PSC's secrets.)

Niko: (So they know they're being targeted once again. Getting those four would probably be the hardest job for now. But oh well...if they want to try to expose the government, why not let them. He snapped his fingers then one of his shadow claws appeared and slashed the citizen! None of the other villains even flinched as they watch the spooky ritual begin.

However, instead of pain. The citizen felt another emotion.

Citizen: Ahhhhh....Such bliss...

Dabi: *Sarcasm* Well that ain't creepy...

Niko then conducted and transformed the citizen into a new man.

One that is devoid of any sanity.
