○ Amorist (n.) ○
Someone who is in love; Someone who writes about love.
I'm not sad, but I am not happy either. I can pretend to smile and joke around. But inside, I am a monster. I'm alone at night with my feelings, and I don't know how I feel.
Having Aideen around. I wonder why the universe is doing this to me. Why did our paths have to collide like this? Why did we have to be forced to see each other?
Aideen has me wrapped around her fucking little finger and I can't get loose. She is so strong, brave, dominant, and beautiful, her dry humour - makes me smile even those it's fucking stupid.
And that laugh of hers - Jesus Fuck!
Shifting my eyes from the road to the rear-view mirror, monitoring Aideen laying in the back seat finishing up her ice cream. Her legs slowly stopped shaking as she looked out the window.
"You alright back there?" The warm-coloured street lights flashed over her smile as he looked at me. "Fuck you!" Aideen spoke in a cocky, playful tone, letting out a small giggle as she smiled - so fucking beautiful.
Smiling like an idiot, it was quickly cut short by my phone vibrating on the passenger seat. Stopping at the red light. I quickly looked at the Unknown number
Checking up on Aideen once again, she dosed off to sleep. Driving back to the estate. Jack and Christiana's cars were still in the garage, meaning they were still here - good.
Walking to the back door, and opened it. I pulled Aideen by her legs towards me. "Woah, hold your horses, pretty boy." she playfully said as I smirked and rolled my eyes at her.
Grabbing her torso, and sat her up. She placed her hands on my shoulders, looking me in the eye - Fuck, she is putting me under her spell again.
Looking away, trying hard not to blush as I felt my face heat, Aideen muttered in my ear. "Aww. The big boy can't look me in the eye?" She sarcastically said.
"Aww. The big girl can't even walk anymore. Can she?" I mocked her. Frozen by my words, I moved my hands down her torso to her hips and picked her up.
She wrapped her legs around my waist as I held her up with one arm and closed the door.
Aideen and I have to have our happy ending.
I walked up the front door steps. I kindly asked Aideen. "Can you please open the door?"
"Why?" she sarcastically said - now she is getting on my nerves. "Uh Well? My hands are full, holding you are dumbass," I whispered, yelling at her. She giggled and opened the door for me to walk in.
Walking her back into the estate. She cuddled up into my bare chest for warmth as I walked up the stairs. Holding her by her ass, walking towards her room.
She seems so peaceful in my arms. My stomach got butterflies holding her, feeling her light breath - Is she sleeping? So quickly?
Holding her with one arm as I opened the door. I had released I have never been in her room before.
It was quite a fresh taste for me. Having Victorian cream walls, with different shades of brown and gold décor. The moonlight shone through the retractable doors of her balcony. Shined directly on her bed.
Walking beside her bed, placing her down gently. I moved her hair to the side, so it was comfortable to lie down. Her long lashes closed. She has been this peaceful at our home?
You can rarely get sleep when you work in this industry. You live on adrenaline, blood, sweat, and shots of espresso to keep alive - with an occasional bullet in your body.
Tucking her hair behind her ear. Before leaving, letting go of her hand, she gripped it. Her sleepy eyes tried to stay open. As her tired voice spoke, "W-where-you going?"
"Um, I am just doing to go get some water," I lied.
"Oh-okay. W-when you get it. Come, lay with me. P-please" Aideen's please was soft. Stroking my hand against her cheek as she snuggled into my hand.
I need you to heal me. To feel me with your touch. It's murder when you're not around, Aideen. I never needed you closer to me than now. I am sorry as I feel horrible lying to you. Please heal me.
Kissing her on the forehead. "I promise. I will always come back." She gently smiled and drifted off back to sleep.
Walking out, and gently closed the door behind me; not making a sound.
I headed downstairs and grabbed my keys off the table by the front door. "Be careful, okay, Harrison," Jack spoke behind me, with his hands in his pockets.
"I am just going to visit someone. I will be back by morning."
"I know where you are going, Harrison. I am your head of security. You can't hide shit from me. Please, just be careful and kill him, for Aideen's sake."
I nodded my head and closed the door behind me. Walking towards the open garage doors. I unlocked my car and got in.
No turning back now.
