Chapter 10- I worried too much...

I look up in a hurry.

It was miss Suzanne?

"Why are trembling? Are you sick?"

She was kneeling and holding my hand at the same time.

Mom and Cain were as shocked  as I was.

My eyes widen.

The trembling stops when she pats me on the head.

"Could you possibly be nervous?Ahahah Oh my...We didn't mean to scare you with our visit.Don't worry,we honestly don't mean any harm".

She didn't move from there and I started blushing from my embarrassment.

Mom noticing my discomfort spoke up in a calm tone as well.

"My daughter.Miss Suzanne is a good person.I have exchange some letters with her since the day we met her.Maybe my warning was too much for you...I am sorry".

Mom seems very down...

Yes...Even though it is a fake world there are good people.

I worried too much about what mother told me without noticing that I went overboard.

I took her warnings too seriously and forgot the most important part.

Not all people will be hiding bad intentions behind their smile.

I got up still embarrassed.

"It is alright mom...Thank you for worrying about me.Also miss Suzanne,I apologize for my actions.I shouldn't have suspected you so much."

I looked at mom and relaxed my shoulders from the relief.She wasn't mad nor sad anymore.She was looking at me as if she was admiring my existence.

"My daughter...You are finally starting to adapt into the real world.This is your first lesson.I am proud of you."

Miss Suzanne was also smiling and finally got back in her sit.

I was about to sit down as well but Cain's voice caught my attention.

"I don't understand.Why are you praising her mother? She was clearly suspicious of us since the beginning.Why do you trust her?"he said with a frown.

Miss Suzanne hit him slightly on his back.

" In my opinion ,all people deserve a second chance.You should also start learning Cain and stop being a brat."he said in a scolding voice.

Miss Suzanne sure is also wise like mom.

I decided to speak up.

"Cain...I will apologize again if you want.I am sorry okay? I am not used to this all noble mess and so do you."

Don't fight me.You may be from a powerful family but I will not kneel for you.I am not worrying too much  like before!

First male lead surely will cause trouble for the heroine...

I fangirl for his looks but...I never really liked his character.

Now that I met him,I realized that he is not my type at all.
