It's the two days before the yule ball. Grandma Minnie called me to her room during potions.
Thank you for saving me from Snape's lecture.
I knock on grandma's door. She opens it.
"Come on y/n I have something for you."
I follow her to her desk. She pulls out a three boxes. One bigger then the other two.
"These were your mother's open the bigger on first."
I grab the box and open it. I pull out a dress. It is big and poffy. It starts as a dark pink and gets lighter down the dress.

I carefully fold it and put it back in its box. Then get the other box. I open it and pull out a gold bracelet.

I lay in its box. As I reach for the next one I see grandma's eyes water. I open the box. Inside lays a ring.
