Giving Eddie Kai power

Edgar climbed into the bed and relaxed. Fear and sarrow kept him awake for a while but finally Edgar finally managed to fall sleep.

March 14th, 1932

Eddie woke up and stretched. He could return to what was left of his home to get his stuff later.

As Edgar sat up from the bed and began to think.

"What can I do?." He said to himself, "How can I beat the Majas? How?

Suddenly a huge white portal opens up that resembles a vertical world pool. A teenage boy walks out from the portal.

It's me!

"Huh? Who are you?" Asked Eddie

I smiled at him.

"My name's Bill Kyle, i'm here to help you."

"Help me?"

Edgar's hands trembled with excitement.

"I would like to give you the smallest fraction of my power so you can use immortality and Ki manipulation."

"What's that Ki manipulation?"

I clear my throat.

"Ki Manipulation is a technique that allows the user can create, shape, and manipulate Ki also known as Chi. By learning to harness this inner latent energy, they can gain superhuman capabilities and use them in cases of extreme combat. Some examples include physically manifesting all of their inner strength and unleashing it to the fullest extent of its power through sheer force of will.

"The control of one's energy can allow extraordinary abilities, strength, speed, durability, and reflexes, or in some cases, enabling the use of enhanced awareness, energy blasts, elemental manipulation, and sometimes invulnerability.

"In different cases, the user can produce ki by channeling the energy through the physical body or by using the natural energy of the planet or cosmos. The user can utilize their ki towards a great potential to use their chi for any kind of possibilities. Chi Projection, Emit chi outside of one's body. Ki aura, Able to surround oneself in chi energy."

"Hmm, is it possible?" said Eddie, "Can I create an energy projectile using Ki?"

"Of course you can." I said. The first step is to clear your mind of any negative thoughts."

Eddie sat down on the wooden floor and began to meditate for a while to help him control his emotions.

Edgar sat there for a while as I began to push into his mind using my telepathy.

Then Eddie begin to move his hands around performing a combination of a kata exercise and tai chi.

However after a while Edgar noticed that his hands began to light up.

Energy?

It was working!

Eddie began to concentrate a little more and both of of his hands the began to light up.

A bright flash!

Edgar could create technique where he can shoot out a ball of energy that would annihilate anything in its past.

Eddie crossed my wrists in front of his chest as he began to concentrate all my energy in my hands.

"Fierce..."

After about 3 seconds Eddie brought my fists down to either sides of his waist and begin to power up a little bit more.

"...Bomb..."

Now it was time to release his deadly technique, or at least soon to be deadly.

"..Ha!"

Eddie put his wrists together and threw his hands forward in order to throw the technique as he combined the two Energy balls in his hands until one.

The energy ball that Eddie released was very small and it put a hole in the old wall no bigger than a golf ball.

"What?" Said Eddie, "What happened?"

I smiled at him again.

"That was a technique I invented. I passed a little of my abilities on to you. Just train yourself and get used to this powers. You must defeat the Majas at all costs."

"I understand." Said Eddie with a bow, "I will practice all of your techniques that you gave me. Thank you sir, I will not let you down."

I pointed my finger and the portal to universe prime reappeared.

"Remember Eddie," I said as I began to walk into the portal, "Train hard and free everyone from the Maja empire."

Eddie has created a Ki attack, now all he needed to do now was practice.

March 20th
10:20 am

Eddie jogged down Broadway, sweat dripping off of his face.

An explosion was seen at Central Park! Something was going on there!

Eddie jogged across the street and into the park, his dark raven hair blowing in the wind.

At Heckscher Playground, a ground of pre-teen children were being beaten with a whip by a maja.

Eddie recognized the maja, it was Tora Hon, one of Goro's strongest fighters!

Eddie knew that grinning bright red face anywhere!

"How did you like that like little brats!" Hon laughed, "Do you want to end up like your parents?"

A small Chinese girl laid at Hon's feet. Her back was covered in blood! "Please..." she pleaded.

Hon just kicked the girl away from his feet.

Eddie grew furious at he watched this.

"Katrina!" cried out of the kids.

Hon grinned again and arose his whip above his head, this was going to be a lot fun!

Eddie screamed as he ran at Hon.

Hon turned his head just in time to see a dark hair human child wearing a black sleeveless karate gi kick him across the face.

Hon stumbled backwards.

Eddie attempted a punch, but Hon caught his fist.

Eddie felt a kick in his groin before he fell to the ground in pain.

Hon tilted his head back and laughed.

Tears ran down Eddie's face as he stood up and began to focus.

"You think I'm weak just because I'm a kid?" said Eddie, "Think again!"

Eddie ducked down a little ways and begin to power up. He began to scream wildly as a crater formed around his body.

"Charge up!"

Eddie made one final scream as his body covered with a red aura of Ki as his muscles grew a little.

Eddie's strength, agility, sight, hearing, etc were all doubled.

"That's a nice trick boy." said Hon

Next Eddie hits Hon with a lightning fast punch in the chest.

Hon stumbles back and almost loses his balance.

Eddie jumped toward Hon and side kicked him in the face in mid air knocking Hon to the ground.
