first off, thank you so much for clicking on my fanfic, it means the world to me because I put a lot of effort into this one, this is the one story I am actually proud of writing. I started this at the beginning of my vacation which was 2 weeks and already had 40.000 words by the end of it.
this is the first story I finished before uploading it, which worked way better for me because It didn't give me as much stress, I often got writers' block because I was working up to an x amount of words each chapter and didn't want to disappoint people with not updating.
Therefore some chapters are a bit longer and others are shorter because I divided the story into chapters after finishing it. I split them at points where it felt right whereas I used to do it at and x amount of words.
Next, this story can be triggering to some readers because it contains scenes of abuse and struggles with mental health, this story also contains talk of PTSD and memory loss.
if this triggers you I recommend you wouldn't read it, I am not going to put trigger warnings per chapter because that might spoil it.
YES, there is smut in this story, I didn't hold back. if you like you can skip these without missing any important information.
This story is an au so I made my own lil timeline infinity war and endgame do not take place

I put songs for each chapter, I love music and can reflect my feelings in the lyrics, for every chapter I chose a song which can contain easter eggs or hints, sometimes I use lyrics from it in my story,
the titel of each chapter is a song and at the beginning of the chapter I will put the lyrics, I will make the lyrics that are relevant to that chapter in bold, you can read the lyrics back after each chapter to find the hints or Easter eggs in it.
