Crosshair and Wrecker play the knife game

-short interlude from the story I'm doing rn to give you this. There's little writing because most of it is in an animatic. The things I do for this book xD-

POV: Crosshair comes home.

Crosshair had never changed his armour so quickly. The Imperial armour was like an uncomfortable claustrophobic prison. And boring. He wanted alot more from life than acting like a robot with a million other "stormtroopers" that couldn't shoot if their life depended on it. He wanted his family back.
He hated to admit it but he actually missed them alot; heck even Wreckers annoying hyper self was something he wanted to go back to. However he still didn't forgive Tech for letting him fall off that pole when rescuing Echo.
It's the little things that count.

Meaning that after being back for half an hour he was contemplating why he didn't just yeet himself into hyperspace.
"Tech you said you would make the instructions easy I dont speak this language!"
Tech sighed "Maybe because they're numbers and not letters Wrecker."
"Oh. Okay."
Due to many arguments about whos stuff was whos, Hunter gave in and installed lock combinations on six of the draws. He had left instructions but Wrecker has always been abit dense.

Crosshair smirked and sat on top of the draw.
Wrecker looked up, "What ya doin?"
"waiting."
"For what?"
"for you to ask me to set it for you."
Wrecker glared, "No!"
"Oh why not?"
"because you'll steal my mantell mix again!"
The thing with Crosshair that although he got annoyed at the others stupidity more, he was a complete hypocrite; he was just as childish as everyone else.
"Fine," he kicked his nose, "stay clueless and I'll steal it Regardless."
"OKAY FINE YOU CAN HAVE SOME BUT NOT ALL OF IT!"
"Only on the condition I know your combination code as well."
"Not a chance."
"BOTH OF YOU SHUT UP I'M TRYING TO SLEEP!"
"Sorry Echo!"

Crosshair hopped off the draw and whispered into his ear, "I'll make a bet."
"You're on." You didn't have to tell wrecker the word bet twice.
"Great..." Crosshair grinned, "So we are going to play a little game."
Hunter gave a look of dread to Omega, this wasn't going to end well.
