Fun and games in the 501st

You aren't going anywhere

Rex, Fives and the other members of Creshda were on leave for a few day so they decided to do something fun.
They decided to go to a place where they could mess around as a group without anybody bothering them.

When they were getting on their shuttle (y/n) broke out into a large coughing fit.
"You okay?" Rex asked, rubbing her back.
"Yeah *cough* I'm fine *cough*."
Rex rolled his eyes, "Of course."
The ride was going to be a long one. They got into the hyper space lane within a few minutes and went to the back of the shuttle to play abit of sabbacc. She'd already fallen back asleep curled around Rex.
"Didn't she get any sleep last night?" Echo asked dealing out the cards.
"oh she got plenty of sleep. I was wide awake the whole night watching her." Rex couldn't sleep most of the time; his head was always racing with thoughts and running on caf.
"Well you'll be sleeping for this few hours." Echo grinned.
"Don't deal me in." he glared knowing that he was Right.
In battle Rex could do anything and be anywhere, but as soon as he wasn't concentrating he got something very embarrassing for a clone. Motion sickness.

He'd hidden it fairly well for a long time until Skywalker one day relived him from duty on the resolute.
"Good job Rex now go and get some rest."
Rex started panicking.
"Sir isn't there anything else I can do? Reports or algorithms?"
He'd been feeling ill already as the work they were doing didn't require much thinking. Now it was majorly kicking in.
"I don't believe there is Rex. We've done anything."
"Evaluations anything please sir!"
"Rex youve done everything there is now go and rest." He then saw the captain holding his hand to his mouth, his other gripping the control panel.
Not in the command room not in the command room...
"Rex are you okay?"
Rex then sprinted out of the control room. He couldn't hold it in any more. He threw up on a corner with a worried Anakin running up behind him.
"Rex! You need to go the medbay." He held up a dizzy captain to the medbay.
Kriffing embarrassing.
Kix had explained the problem to the general and said that Rex could take pills to deal with it but they would make him very drowsy. At first Rex refused them out of dignity until they got forced down his throat. It worked but he hated them. This time however he had to take them whether he liked them or not.

Half an Hour later the pair of them were asleep. It was weird for the others as they had never actually seen the captain sleep before. It must be the only time his serious expression loosens. They decided it was best to leave him alone.
Halfway through Echo fell asleep as well. He read very late into the night previous and was running mainly on excitement.

A few hours later they landed.
"Those three slept the entire time." Jesse was shocked, "I mean Rex never sleeps but those two."
"Well I'm not risking life and limb to take Echo away from his precious books." Hardcase bent down to look at the three, "They look really cute."
Jesse rolled his eyes, "Just wake them up you weirdo."
Hardcase decided he was going to wake them up in the strangest way possible.
He poked Echo in the cheek and licked Rex on the cheek. They both grouchily opened their eyes.
"Hello." he said high pitched voice on all fours.
They both gave him a very disturbed look.

Soon six of them had loaded all of their stuff into the place they were staying at. Rex was still sat on the floor watching the jedi sleep. He cleared her hair away from her Face. Kix walked in.
"Is she still not awake?"
"No."
Kix bent down and took off one of his gloves, "her cheeks are flushed," he put the back of her hand against her forehead, "Kriff she's boiling."
"Yeah I know. She said she was fine this morning." he said quietly still staring down at her.
"Well that's clearly a load of crap," he rolled his eyes, "Try and wake her up, I need to make sure the others aren't killing themselves."
...
"Come on sleeping beauty wake up."
(y/n) haphazardly opened her eyes a tiny bit to be blinded by light. She soon saw Jesse knelt down grinning at her.
"Huh...?" she croaked out confused.
The others realised she was awake and stood above Her.
"Clones really don't have an idea of personal space do they?"
"Well we haven't been able to wake you up for hours so personal space is a little irrelevant right now."
She sighed and stood back up, "so what's the time?" she asked after looking outside.
"quarter past eight," Tup replied grinning?
"When did we get here?"
"quarter past 12."
"WHAT?!"

Soon after they ate dinner and decided to get the mattress out of the cupboard.
"What the hell are these they look like a fence that Has given up on life!" Hardcase yeeted one over to the jedi.
It surprisingly took her more strength than she thought to catch it; which was caught documented and filed away in Kix's hawk eye.
"I don't think you should do too much tonight," he helped her set up her bed, "Your not looking to good."
"I never do." she replied.
She tried proving her point by doing a hand stand but she fell backwards instead, her arms not being able to support her.
Kix smirked. "My point exactly."
Soon the rest of the others were sleeping, apart from Jesse and Echo. Echo was trying to read but couldn't help laughing at Jesse, who was trying to get out of the vice-like hug Hardcase had on him.

Early in the morning (y/n) and Jesse happened to be awake, Rex probably was but couldn't give a monkeys. Personally she felt fine again, abit hot and a tiny bit lightheaded but on the best part alright. They quickly realised the other was awake and stood up and started mouthing to eachother.

Are you awake
Think so. Tups snoring is loud enough to wake anyone up.
You alright?
A little hot but I'll live
The others are still Asleep. Can't think how.
How do we wake them Up?
Kazoo?
Sure.

Soon the glorious sound went off waking wall of them up with a shout. (y/n) and Jesse stood there laughing.
"You absolute pair of di'kuts!" Tup Shouted, bolting upright out of panic then feeling incredibly tired.
Rex rolled his eyes while Echo threw his pillow at the two, both dodging successfully.
Hardcase being at close range kicked up his legs and hit Jesse in the Crotch. As Jesse was crippled (y/n) suddenly stopped laughing.
All of a sudden the world went fuzzy and she fell over onto Fives' bed. It was one of those weird falls where your legs give out semi slowly instead of your whole body falling at the speed of light so he quickly caught her.
"kriff are you okay?!" Fives asked as the rest of the clones all got up to see if she was OK.
"Yeah I'm fine, I just went out for some reason." she laughed but the others weren't too convinced.
Her cheeks were red and her eyes were murky.
"I told you you shouldn't be moving!" Kix lectured her.
"Kix I feel fine."
"You might 'feel' alright now but you won't if you keep moving. Your staying on bed rest for today."
"Kix I'm-"
"Bed rest!"

(y/n) needless to say was fairly pissed. And throughout the day she spent most of her time trying to get out. She felt fine!

She tried to sneak out of the bed to walk around for abit while the others were outside. She didn't exactly do 'lie down until your better'.
She jumped up to her feet and made for the door.
"What are you doing?"
"what do you think?"
Tup had come back inside to find the persistent Jedi trying to join them.
"Kix is going to kill you ya know" he shook his head.
"Does it look like I care?" she frowned, all of you are outside having fun and I'm told to be stuck in here. It isn't fun."
Yes it was abit unfair. Tup agreed with (y/n) and they went outside. Kix almost threw a fit.
"Why are you out here I told you to stay put!"
"You all get to hang out here while I'm stuck in there!" she frowned.
For possibly in the first time in his life, Kix gave up.
He sighed in annoyance, "Fine! But when you get worse font day I didn't warn you!"

Later through the day she got majorly worse. Her legs were literally turning to jelly whenever she tried moving she felt ridiculously dizzy with even the slightest of movement and just walking to join the group had become close to impossible.
It all kicked off when she threw up from 'feeling too hot'. Everyone was stunned by this apart from Kix.
"I did warn you." he rolled his eyes.

The virus thankfully wasn't contagious towards the clones but it quickly got worse like Kix said and was definitely going to wreck her time. All the clones felt quite sorry for her as she had little to no energy to even stand up and she ended up sleeping a fair bit in the day as throwing up and feeling ill prevented her sleeping otherwise.
To try help her the rest of the clones stayed indoors with her so she didn't feel left out. Her body strength was non existant so to move her to the centre to play a board Game or something  Rex just carried her over bridal style. They all had a great laugh, especially when they played truth or dare. (y/n) would read the cards out while the others had to comply.
In one of them she had to dare Jesse and Fives to be knights. Then suddenly she got slid to the side of the wall by two pairs of hands.
"sit aside fair maiden, thing won't take long." Fives said in a posh voice.
Fives then grabbed a spatula and threatened Jesse with it. Jesse then grabbed a whisk, Echo started up the skyrim theme tune and the fight was on!
