CHAPTER 26
THE BATTLE OF PELENNOR FIELD
“If you feel obsessed to prove something to the world,
then you'd need world attention to be able to prove it.”
― Toba Beta, Betelgeuse Incident
The four of them made their way down to the beaches to greet the pirates. They’re fixing their masts and restocking their weapons.
“You may go no further.” Aragorn shouted. They watched as the boson stood up and looked them over. “You will not enter Gondor.” He yelled loud enough for the boson to hear, the crew laughed.
“Who are you to deny us passage?” the boson demanded.
“Raenaslee, Legolas shoot a warning shot past the boson’s ear.” Aragorn said only loud enough for the two to hear.
“Mind your aim.” Gimli said, he’s standing close to Legolas.
The both of them fitted their arrows to their bows and took aim. Raenaslee let her arrow fly and it went past the boson’s ear. Legolas, on the other hand, was about to let go but Gimli deliberately knocked the bottom of Legolas’ bow sending Legolas’ aim off. The arrow flied and slid into the chest of the mercenary standing next to the boson. Legolas glared at Gimli, and Aragorn looked at Legolas while Raenaslee looked at Gimli.
“Oh!” Gimli feigned shock and covered his mouth with his hand, “That’s it, right, we warned you! Prepare to be boarded!” he shouts for the boson.
More laughter comes from the mercenaries on board, “Boarded? By you and whose army?” asked one of the mercenaries.
“This army.” Aragorn said.
The King of the Dead and his army emerged through Aragorn and attacked the ships.
They travelled up the river, the wind was fair and filled their sails so they made a good speed, and the water flowed a little faster by Raenaslee to make the ships sail in a better speed. Aragorn, Gimli, Legolas, and Raenaslee were in one ship, the other five are sailed by the ghosts.
Raenaslee then heard that someone needed her, it is Frodo.
“Lads, I’ll be there for a little rest.” Raenaslee told the males, and headed to the other side. Leaning against the rail, she fell asleep.
Raenaslee found Frodo walking weak, as he was about to fall Raenaslee change the ground into a bed of flowers. This time, when he opened his eyes he could see her clearly wearing a white dress with doves and butterflies flying around her.
“I heard you Frodo, I heard that you need me, and now I’m here. You are almost there, a few steps left to go you’ll reach to the highest peak.” She said, touching his head.
After Frodo rised himself up, he was about to thank her, but Raenaslee returned to her body.
