Sitting in a police station was not on Mary's agenda for the day. Waiting for her husband to be released for simply missing a therapy session. It made her mad that he was still being treated as a loose canon waiting to be set off. They still refused to see that he was different, that being a husband and father meant more to him than anything now. The couple was supposed to be back home in Wakanda by now, but since the revelation of more super soldiers, that had to be put on hold.

"Baba got arrested?" Jamie asks from his side of the facetime call with his mom while she waited for Doctor Raynor to show up. "Why? Wasn't he cleared of all charges?"

"He was." Mary grumbles, she didn't like this. Sam knew she didn't and he remained by her side. "But he missed his mandated therapy session, which i guess for the government, is a felony for your baba." She grits out, she didn't want to dwell on it while she was still processing it all. She wanted to talk with her son about his days at home, whether he helped his Utata during council meetings or not. "Don't tell your aunt and uncle about any of this, okay? This isn't for Steve to solve."

Jamie nods on the screen, he knew his uncle would try to drop everything to help Mary and Bucky. But it wasn't his issue to solve anymore, he retired. Steve was building a family now and he needed to be solely focused on that.

"I won't tell either of them, Umama." Jamie replies with a small smile, "Did Winnie or Becca tell you their news?" He asks with a smile growing bigger on his face.

Mary smiles at her son and shakes her head, "No, we've... been a bit preoccupied." She says, "What did they tell you?"

"They're going to Europe!" Jamie says excitedly. "School trip it sounds like. Peter's excited for it, Winnie and Becca have been making lists of things to do with their friends." He explains. Mary sighs with a content smile, knowing that this trip for Becca was something she needed desperately since the revelation of John Walker taking the shield from the Smithsonian. "They said they're going to Venice, Paris..." he trails off, "I'm happy for them."

"I am too, Sunshine." Mary states with a smile, "Becca needs an escape." She says, "And Winnie has wanted to see the world since she came back."

"There's a transfer student from Brooklyn Visions Academy that Winnie's grown close to as well." Jamie adds and that pulls Sam's attention.

The uncle leans into the facetime camera and smirks. "Is it a boy?" Sam asks, wiggling his eyebrows.

Mary shoves Sam with a laugh, "My gosh. Can't either of my daughters enjoy being friends with a boy in peace?" She teases Sam.

"Nope." Sam says with a shrug and a smirk. He then leans back into the shot of the camera and looks at Jamie, "Is it a boy?" He asks his question again. "If it is, your dad shouldn't know."

Jamie grins and laughs at his uncle, "I don't know if it's a boy or not. Win hasn't said, just that she's found a friend of her own, not Becca or Peter's." He says and Sam pouts.
