Mary could feel a shift in Walker's soul. Something had changed in him ever so slightly and it put her off. Something wasn't right, but Mary couldn't figure out what had changed within the impersonator. Mary scanned the room, seeing the serum exposed on the ground. She breaks away from Bucky, much to his dismay, and she walks to the broken vials. She knelt down to look at them closely. Her mentor's work, it was no longer something private, now it seemed anyone could get their hands on the serum. It didn't sit well with her. She had spent so many decades protecting Erskine's secret. Now it was all falling apart it seemed.
"Who..." She whispers and when her eyes land on the unconscious Zemo, she understands. Zemo hated super soldiers. Her family in a sense. If Karli had the serum vials, he would have stopped at nothing to destroy the vials. He didn't want more super soldiers around the world. And it made Mary nauseous, but she agreed. Her brother was the first of his kind. And then her husband. So many people tried to replicate the very same serum, and so many people failed in doing so.
Until now.
"Did you stop him?" Mary asks Walker, just wanting to know all the details. Bucky and Sam walked down the slim stairs to where Mary knelt and Walker stood above her almost. His mind was running a million miles a second it looked like.
All Walker does is nod in response.

When the four arrive back at their safe house, Sam quickly gets on his laptop to inform Sharon of some of their situation. Mary is situated at the island counter while Zemo nursed his shield concussion by laying on the couch with a scotch in his hand and a damp cloth over his eyes.
Mary had looked him over, nothing more than a cursory look to ensure he didn't actually have a concussion. At most he would bruise and have a headache. Unfortunately.
