Aurora
"I can't believe you are going to be giving birth any day now Aurora. This is crazy, I never imagined you having a child." Odyssey excitedly paced around the kitchen. I looked down at my now full grown stomach. I was at the end of my term. forty weeks and three days. The baby was late. She should've been here three days ago. I was getting impatient and the pain was increasing.
"Neither did I" It was weird to think that I, Aurora, was going to be a mother in less than a week (hopefully). I myself still felt like a child. Was I ready to parent a human? I have been preparing for nine months, but I still didn't feel ready. Maybe once this baby is out of me I'll be ready.
Odysseus and Zayn have been busy for weeks building up the nursery whereas Odyssey and I went shopping for necessities and other things as well. Shopping for a baby, especially a baby girl, was a thrilling adventure. I enjoyed picking out clothes and toys for her.
Later that night It was impossible to sleep because of the baby. I shifted around in my bed, wide awake. All of a sudden a sharp pain hit me. I winced in pain and tried getting up from the bed. The pain came back ten times worse, causing me to fall back onto the bed. I screamed out in pain, my eyes brimming with tears. I prayed someone would hear me and come help, but to no advil. I was unable to move. Odyssey and Zayn were upstairs in their house sleeping by now. Odysseus who was supposed to be watching me tonight was out with his friends. That was my own fault, I was the one who told him to go out because the baby was not going to be coming tonight. I tried getting up again, I had luck this time around. I grabbed my phone going to my contacts, quickly clicking on Odyssey's number.
The phone rang and continued to ring until it went straight to voicemail. I bit my lip, holding back my screams and tried to find Zayn's number.
"Hello?" The phone fell out of my hand as another sharp pain hit me. I let out an agonizing scream and fell to the floor.

After searching through Odyssey's files to find Harry's home address, I stood in front of the house. I gathered myself together, taking a deep breath in then letting it out. I brought my hand up, clicking on the doorbell that was placed on the side of the door. Some time passed and no one was yet to answer the door. I thought about going back, but I needed to do this. I rang the doorbell again hoping to have better luck the second time around.
Suddenly the door swung open. I was expecting Harry, but surprised to see Harper standing opposite of me. She grinned widely. "Hi Aurora!"
"Hi Harper. Is your dad home?"
"Yes. He is cooking."
"May I come in?" She nodded happily. I stepped into the house, waiting for her to shut the door. Harper took my hand, leading me around the house until we reached the kitchen. Harry was busy kneading dough. He wore a red apron and his short hair was tied up into a tiny ponytail.
"Harper who was at the door?"
"Aurora" His head snapped up at the mention of my name. He stumbled around the kitchen until he was finally standing infront of me. "Hey, what are you doing here?"
"I was hoping we could talk."
"Yes of course. Sit." He pointed to the stool next to the one he recently sat on. I sat down facing him. He watched my every move attentively. "I'm sorry for canceling on you last night."
"Oh that's fine. Always a parent first before anything right?"
I nodded in agreement "Right." Harry and I sat in a familiar awkward silence for a while. I decided to speak up since I was the one who showed up at his house. "So, I was wondering, if you wanted, we could try the date thing again."
