Payton was in her dressing room with Jax. "Hey, you wanna see what I got Danny?" Payton asks Jax. "Awww sure!" Jax smiles and turns around. Payton walks over to the corner and brings out a guitar case. "You did not?!" Jax laughs. "Oh I did!" Payton smiles and sets the guitar case down. On the case, it says "To: Danny, Love, Payton ❤️". Payton opens it to revel a beautiful, well made, shinny guitar. "Oh my gosh Payton! This is gorgeous!" Jax looks at the guitar. "Do you think he'll like it?" Payton asks. "He'll love this!" Jax smiles. "Oh and look." Payton pulls out a guitar pick. The pick was a custom made pick and it had words in graved "American Idol XIV" on the front and the back has the date of when Daniel and Payton both auditioned. "That's so cool!" Jax looks at the pick. "Do you wanna come with me to give it to him?" Payton puts the pick in her pocket. "Of course! Could I video tape?" Jax laughs. "I don't mind!" Payton smiles. Payton closes the guitar case and her and Jax walk out to Daniels dressing room. Jax pulled out her phone and started recording. Payton knocked on the door and Daniel opened it seeing Payton in front of him with a guitar case next to her. "What's this?" Daniel asks pointing at the guitar. "This...." Payton picks up the case and puts it in front of her revealing the word to Daniel. "....is your new guitar." Daniel's mouth opens wide open and looks at the guitar. "No it's not." Daniel says. "Yes it is danny!" Payton smiles. Daniel laughs happily and hugs Payton and picks her up. "I love you I love you I love you!" Daniel kisses Payton on the cheek multiple times. He puts Payton down and Jax stops recording. "Awww! Memories!" Jax smiles. Daniel laughs. "Well let's stop standing here! Open it!" Payton laughs. Daniel takes the case and carries it into the room. He opens the case and sees the beautiful guitar. "This is amazing! I love it!" Daniel smiles and looks at Payton. "That's not all..." Payton says. "Shut up!" Daniel smiles. "I got something made for you!" Payton reaches her pocket and shows Daniel the guitar the pick. "This is so cool!!!" Daniel smiles. "I told you I would get you something." Payton smiles. "I got you something too!" Daniel smiles. He goes to his corner and pulls out at gift basket of all of Payton's favorite things. It had a Snapback, Empire CD, printed pictures of her and Daniel, a teddy bear, a phone case, a t shirt, some candy and a card congratulating her on making it through. "Awww Danny these are cute!" Payton smiles. "Thank you!" Payton hugs Daniel. "One more thing...." Daniel says. "What?!" Payton smiles. "You're actually gonna have to wait till we get back to the hotel." Daniel says. "Whyyyyyyyyy?" Payton whines. "It's just how the surprise works." Daniel smiles. "Nothing could top this." Payton smiles and kisses Daniel.
The contestants go back to the hotel where the "rejects" we're and just hung out there for the night. Payton, Jax, Maddie and Adam were with Trevor and Riley and Lovey hanging out in their room. They hear a knock on the door and Jax goes and answers it. No one was there but there was a note taped on the door for Payton. "Hey Payton! You have something." Jax says handing Payton the envelope. "Thanks." Payton takes the envelope and opens it. The contestants were in on the surprise Daniel was gonna give Payton so Lovey started recording. "Go to my hotel room. Xx" Payton reads. She smiles and looks up and sees Lovey recording. She laughs and stands up followed by the rest. They walk to Daniel's hotel room and Payton knocks. Daniel didn't open but Clark did. "For you!" Clark says handing Payton a rose and another note. "Thank you!" Payton laughs. She opens the envelope and reads the next note. "Our first kiss :)" Payton reads and smiles. She shows the camera and they all go to the elevator. They see Joey in the elevator with another rose. "What is he doing?" Payton laughs. "Thanks Joey!" Payton takes the rose. They reached the lobby and walked to where Payton and Daniel had their first kiss. Payton sees Nick with a rose and Qassim with a envelope. Payton laughs and takes the rose and note. "Our wish we made together." Payton looks at the note. "Guess we have to go to the hotel fountain." Payton laughs. Payton and the others walk to the fountain and she sees Shannon. She hands Payton another rose and note. "Where we first watched Empire ❤️" Payton reads. "Ok, can someone hold these notes for me?" Payton asks. "I'll take them." Adam says taking the notes. "Where did you guys watch?" Maddie asks. "We watched in the teen room." Payton smiles and they walk to the teen room. Payton walks in and sees Adanna. "Honestly this boy gives me stress sometimes." Payton tells the camera and laughs. Adanna gives Payton a rose and another note. "Our first date xx" Payton reads. "Aww we have to go all the way to In N Out." Payton laughs. "It's ok, you and Lovey can go. We'll stay here." Trevor says. "Are you sure?" Payton asks. "Of course!" Jax smiles. "Alright. Here I'll take these." Lovey takes the notes from Adam. "Thanks guys!" Payton hugs them and her and Lovey walk to In N Out with Lovey still recording. "This must be serious because I just noticed the American Idol cameras. But I don't mind." Payton says looking at the camera. They walk to In N Out and Payton opens the front door to see Daniel sitting on the front countertop with a big bouquet of roses. "Oh my my gosh." Payton laughs. "Awww Danny!" Payton tears up and hugs Danny. "Congratulations Pay." Daniel hands Payton her flowers. "Aww thank you." Payton hugs Daniel again and kisses him on the cheek. "Lovey you still recording?" Daniel asks Lovey. "Yep! Do it!" Lovey says. "Do what?" Payton turns to Daniel. "Close your eyes." Daniel tells Payton. Payton closes her eyes and Daniel pulls out something's from his back pocket. "Open." Daniel tells Payton. Payton opens her eyes and sees Daniel holding up two tickets to see Payton's favorite band, Emblem3. Payton gasps and smiles. "No!" Payton says in shock. "You're kidding?!" Payton looks at Daniel. "I'm not kidding! We are going to go see them in California in two weeks!" Daniel smiles. Payton covers her mouth and tears up. "You're lying!" Payton smiles. "Nope! And you get to meet them." Daniel smiles. Payton laughs with tears and hugs Daniel tightly. "Thank you so much!" Payton says in his arms. Payton let's go and kisses Daniel. "And that's a wrap!" Lovey says stoping the video. "How'd you get these?!?!" Payton asks Daniel. "Harry." Daniel says. "Of course." Payton smiles. "Thank you thank you thank you!!!! I love youuu!" Payton hugs Daniel again. Daniel, Payton and Lovey walk back to the hotel and they see all the contestants in the lobby waiting. They see Daniel and Payton with her roses and they clap. "Guess who gonna see Emblem3!!!!!!" Payton says waving the tickets. Everyone smiles and claps. The rest of the night Payton and Daniel were hanging out and they were taking pictures with all the contestants that were leaving. "I'm gonna miss you Trevor." Payton tells Trevor. "I'll miss you too. One last picture before I leave?" Trevor asks. "Sure!" Payton gets in the picture and Trevor presses record and they stand there for 5 seconds. "Honestly Trevor, I'm gonna slap you." Payton gives Trevor the death glare and Trevor laughs. "Doing the seaveyselfie aye?" Payton laughs. "Hey, I can pull it off." Trevor smiles. "Well, I'll see you in the morning before you leave ok?" Payton hugs Trevor. "Alright, see ya squirt." Trevor hugs Payton. Payton went back to her hotel room with Jax and checks her phone. She checks her Twitter mentions and sees pictures from Daniel that she got tagged in.
"I'm so lucky 🎶☺️" tagged Payton and captioned with a picture Jax took of Daniel and Payton posing with his new guitar.
"She loved them❤️" Daniel tagged Payton and it was a picture of her with the roses, tickets and gift basket.
"How sweet it is to be loved by @VaughnsPayton" Daniel posted of her kissing his cheek
And then Daniel posted of video of his reaction to his new guitar and captioned "she's the best." And mentioned Payton
"Jax, can you send me that video that you took of Daniel?" Payton asks Jax. "On it!" Jax grabs her phone
Then Payton posted the pictures she took form tonight.
"I'm the luckiest girl on the world ☺️" with the picture of her roses, tickets and basket
"I know who @SeaveyDaniel is loving! 😝❤️" with the picture of Daniel kissing her cheek.
"I think he loved it. @SeaveyDaniel" Payton posted Daniel's reaction video.
"I'm gonna miss my Texas brother! 😥💕🎶" with a picture of her and Trevor.
"Hey, did you know Lovey posted your video to YouTube?" Jax shows Payton the video and watches it. "Oh my gosh my reaction is so stupid." Payton laughs. "Noooo! That was so cute!" Jax smiles.
The rest of the night, Jax and Payton did a YouNow together.
"YouNow in 30 minutes with @Jax" Payton tweeted.
30 minutes later, Jax and Payton started their YouNow and all the comment were about Payton and Daniel.
"By the way, yes, me and Daniel are dating. That's like every question on there so there's my answer!" Payton says on the broadcast. "Payton, someone asks what Daniel got you." Jax looks at the comments at the side. "Well he got me, like a big basket full of stuff that I like, a big bouquet of roses and concert tickets which I'm excited about." Payton smiles. "Oh my gosh, the video Lovey posted is going viral." Jax says. "Oh my gosh, my reaction was honestly the worst." Payton laughs. "Where's Danny?" Payton reads a question. "He is currently with Trevor, Riley, Savion and Micheal doing their YouNow I believe." Payton laughs. "I prefer you guys to stay here and not go there." Jax laughs. "What are we doing for next week Jax? Someone asks." Payton looks at Jax. "I think we perform our audition songs. And we are gonna go to California and that's cool." Jax says. "Yea we are. So I'm singing The Weight by Shawn Mendes by the way!" Payton laughs. "Oh my gosh. Payton, someone asks what do you think of harry always bringing you and Daniel up." Jax looks at the screen. "Dude, I love Harry. Like he's so fun to be around. I mean, yea he talks about me and Daniel everything but I don't mind because. I don't know it just doesn't bother me." Payton explains eating her candy.
Jax and Payton finish their YouNow and they got ready for bed.

The next day, it was 7 am and Payton was in the lobby with Trevor to say their goodbyes. "Alright, text me when you get there ok?" Payton hugs Trevor. "Don't worry! I'll be fine!" Trevor let's go. "Make sure Daniel takes good care of you!" Trevor laughs. "Will do." Payton smiles. "I'll watch you guys every week alright?" Trevor looks at Payton. "Alright. Be careful." Payton tells Trevor. Trevor smiles and goes out to the car. "Bye Payton." Trevor looks back. "Bye Trev!" Payton waves and smiles. "Oh, and bye Melvin!!!" Payton laughs. Trevor laughs and gets in the car. They wave one last time and the car drives off. Payton smiled and walked back into the hotel. "Miss you already!" Payton looks at the text from Trevor and smiles. "Miss you too! Talk to you later! :)" Payton sends back
