Chasing Stars (Daniel Seavey)

Tenneessee

It was the last day Payton and Daniel were hanging out before Payton was gonna leave for Tennessee. They decided to take a walk on the beach and watch the sunset. "I'm so glad you came here Danny." Payton takes Daniels hand. "I just want to do the best for you. I want to make you happy." Daniel tells Payton. "Daniel, you already make me happy! Just by hearing your name, there is a smile on my face." Payton looks up and Daniel. "All that matters, is that you are mine." Daniel looks down at Payton and she blushes. "Hey can I ask something?" Daniel stops and looks at Payton. "Yea sure." Payton smiles. "Well..you know that girl Jess I was talking about?" Daniel asks. "Yea..." Payton trails off. "Well Monday at school, she stopped me and said that you won't have time for me." Daniel explains. "What does she mean?" Payton asks with a confused look. "She said that you're gonna get too busy and then forget all about me." Daniel looks at her. "Danny, do I call you everyday?" Payton asks. "Yea...." Daniel smiles. "Do we text and FaceTime everyday?" Payton asks again. "All the time." Daniel smiles again. "See..we are inseparable. Don't listen to what she says." Payton smiles up and Daniel. Daniel giggles and kisses Payton. "Why do you have to leave tonight?" Payton asks resting her head on Daniels shoulder. "Trust me, I really don't want to. But I have school and you have idol. We can work through this." Daniel takes Payton's hand. "I love you Danny." Payton smiles down at their hands. "I love you too." Daniel kisses Payton's forehead.

They head back to the hotel to get Daniel and Cristian's stuff and they head to the airport.

"Thanks again for coming." Payton hugs Cristian. "No problem. It was nice to finally meet you." Cristian smiles. "You too! I'll see you soon." Payton smiles and high fives Cristian. Payton walks over to Daniel and looks at him. "I'm so glad you came Danny." Payton smiles. "I'm glad I got to hold you again." Daniel hugs Payton. "Alright, well have fun next week and I'll talk to you when I land." Daniel tells Payton. "Sounds good. Bye Danny." Payton kisses Daniel on the cheek. Payton takes Daniel's arm and looks at the bracelet she gave him. She smiles and kisses the bracelet. They take one last picture and Payton watched Daniel and Cristian walk off.

"So glad I was with her again. @VaughnsPayton 😍❤️😜" Daniel tagged Payton with the picture of them.

Payton smiles and heads back to the car and back to the hotel.

"JAXXXXX!" Payton yells opening the door. "What's up?" Jax laughs. "Well they are on the plane." Payton lays down on the bed. "Well that's good. I'm glad you got to spend some time together." Jax smiles. "Thanks so much again Jax." Payton looks up at the ceiling. "Don't mention it." Jax smiles. "Hey, what time do we have to get up tomorrow?" Payton looks over at Jax. "Around 8. We leave around 9:15 on Scott's jet." Jax answers. "K cool, I'm gonna take a shower and hit the bed." Payton gets up and heads to the shower.

Payton hears her alarm go off but she's too lazy to turn it off. "Payton!!!" Jax yells from her bed. "Turn it off!" Jax groans. Payton still doesn't answer and she buries her head under her pillow. "Ugh!" Jax takes the covers off of her and stands up. She walks over to Payton's side of the bed and turns off the alarm. "Come on dude! Wake up." Jax hits Payton. "Oww." Payton says flatly into her pillow. "Come on get up." Jax pulls the covers off of Payton. "Nooooo." Payton whines. "I'll get you donuts." Jax says. "Donuts?" Payton looks up at Jax from under her pillow. "Yes. I can ask Rayvon to pick them up." Jax says. "Ok...I'm up." Payton takes the pillow off of her head. Jax laughs and heads to the bathroom. Payton grabs her phone and texts Daniel and checks through her Twitter and Instagram. She finally gets up and starts to get ready. Jax walks out from the bathroom with jeans and a John Lennon T-shirt. Payton turns around and Jax sees the same shirt. "Where...did you get that?" Jax asks. "I brought it from home.." Payton trails off and sees the same shirt Jax has on. "Twins!" They both say and they laugh.

Payton was doing her makeup and there was a knock on the door. "I'll get it." Jax says walking to the door. She opens the door and sees everyone with a box of donuts. "Who ordered donuts?!" Rayvon says waving the box of donuts. Payton hears him and she runs to the door. "Someone say doughnut?" Payton looks over Jax's shoulder. "Yea! We thought we would eat them together." Nick smiles. "Yea sure! Come in!" Jax moves out of the way and they all walk in. "Look what the doughnut people added." Tyanna opens the box. There were 7 donuts and 6 of them had their names on them and the last one had "XIV" written with blue frosting. "Those are so cute!" Payton gushes. Payton pulls out her phone and takes a picture of the donuts. "Alright let's eat! We have less than a hour to leave." Clark says grabbing his "Clark" doughnut. They all eat their donuts and they decided to leave the last one for Scott. Everyone else leaves and Jax and Payton finish getting ready.

"Hey guys!" Scott greets the idols as they get out of the car. "Woah! This is crazy!" They all gaze at the private jet and make their way inside. "Dude! This is so cool!" Payton takes her seat and smiles at the cameras. They all take their seats and they are on their way to Tennessee.

They landed and they all look at the amazement of the town. "Great to be home!" Clark smiles. "I can't believe we are going to be at Big Machine Records!" Rayvon looks at the guys. "Its amazing!" Nick smiles. "Well guys! Lets go roam around!" Scoot walks out. They all walk out on the town and they meet up with Riley and his friends. "RILEEEYY!" Jax spots Riley and runs up to him. They all meet fans and eat dinner. The next day, Scott takes the top 6 to the Big Machine Records headquarters. They all look at the wall where they see posters of famous artists. "This spot right here.." Scott points to a blank space on the wall. "Will be one of you." Scott looks at them.

"Who's ready to meet the mentors?" Scott asks. "Let's do it!" Payton smiles. The guys and the girls split and went into separate rooms.

"You're up." Jax tells Payton walking into the room. Payton smiles and stands up. She walks to the door and walks in seeing cameras, Scott and Martina McBride. "Hi!" Payton walks toward Scott. "Hi how are you?"" Martina hugs Payton. "I'm nervous." Payton nervously laughs."What will you be singing?" Martina asks. Payton tells them the two songs she will be singing and she starts singing in front of Martina and Scott. She finishes and Martina looks speechless."I have no words." Martina laughs and Payton blushes. "How old are you?" Martina asks. "I just turned 16." Payton smiles. "Wow. You have such a strong voice." Martina smiles. "Thank you!" Payton laughs. "I think you'll do great next week!" Scott tells her. "Oh my gosh, thanks so much." Payton blushes. She gives them one last hug and walks out to where Jax and Tyanna are relieved. Now they are all prepared for the show
