He can kill someone with those eyes!

Mia's POV

"No you didn't" I smiled like a goof but in my defense, I could NOT stop frigging smiling! After so many months he had finally come back to me! His brown eyes never looked away and I was in no hurry to look away either. Damn, he can kill someone with those eyes! I took my time inspecting his face; the jaw line, the perfect hair and his welcoming lips! 

Before he could say anything I kissed him and he kissed me back passionately. I placed my leg on his as he rolled over and lay on top of me. I pulled him closer by pulling his shirt and it almost felt like our bodies would merge any minute now! We broke apart to catch our breaths and decided to talk for a while instead. 

"When did you come back?" I asked and stroked his cheek. 

"This morning." He whispered.

"You'll leave on Sunday then?" 

"Yeah....." 

"And then you'll come back after like 9 months?" I asked 

"No not really......" 

"How come?" I was confused now. 

"You'll find out soon." He answered with his signature smirk plastered on his face. 

"Mia! Jake! Breakfast is ready!" Mom called from downstairs and I jumped out of bed. 

"You can go downstairs, I'll be there in a moment I just have to change." I said and Jake nodded before leaving the room. 

I quickly splashed my face with cold water and changed into a black mini dress and wore smoky make up to match. After tightening the straps of my heels I walked down the staircase and went to the kitchen to find Aunt Lessie, Jake and mom busy having breakfast. 

"Good morning cutie!" Aunt Lessie stood up from her seat and gave me a hug. 

"I missed you so freaking much!" I said and she kissed my forehead. 

"So do you guys have plans for today?" Mom asked Jake and me. 

"No I didn't even know he was coming today." I stated. 

"Let's go to the woodhouse." Jake suggested and I agreed. 

"You guys can go wherever you want but come back by 3 in the afternoon." Aunt Lessie said and sipped her coffee. 

"Why?" Jake asked 

"Just because......" Mom and Aunt Lessie said simultaneously and looked as if they were trying hard to contain the excitement that was building inside of them.

The drive to our wood house was quiet but none of us minded. I unlocked the door and we went inside. 

"These moments were priceless!" Jake let out a little laugh while looking at the wall that was covered with our photos. 

"You have no idea how much I missed you." I added and he looked at me while smirking. 

"Well I'm here now..." He said and gave me a hug. 

We spent the rest of the evening talking about random stuff. Jake told me how his college was going and I told him how hard it was to design dresses all day long. 

We lay on the couch as he took a polaroid of us. We had kept one polaroid camera so we could put up every photo of us on the wall whenever we took one. I stuck out my tongue for the photo and so did Jake. A few seconds later the picture slid out of the camera and it was, needless to say, adorable!
