Mia's POV

"What do you mean we're not going to school?" I asked confused.

"What part of 'we're not going to school' do you not understand?" He replied.

"So, where are we going then?"

"That's for me to know and you to find out." He stated and I looked out the window.

The greyish black clouds turned blacker, it was definitely gonna rain soon. I noticed we had entered a long wide road with trees on the sides. It was so beautiful! Especially the cute little dandelions that were planted with the trees. I was so tempted to walk outside instead of sitting in the car that I actually asked Jake if we could do so.

"Are we there yet?" I asked.

"Yeah, it's just a two minute drive left."

"Can we walk to the place? This place is just so beautiful. I really can't help it."

"Yeah, sure." He replied and brought the car to a halt. Both of us got out as the breeze ruffled my hair and tingled on my skin. Jake's hair got even more messier which added to his hotness.

Damn it, Jake. Why do you have to be so sexy?

We began walking beside the empty road with the same breeze following us. Jake walked beside me with his eyes glued to the screen of his phone and I wondered what he was doing. Not that I was being over protective or anything, I was just curious.

Finally, we reached an opening between some trees beside the road and entered it.

Why are we entering a bunch of trees?

After a minute's walk we got to the most breathtaking place ever. I gasped in admiration because  it was so gorgeous. It was surrounded by trees and velvet green grass covered the ground like a carpet. The same dandelions were all over the place which added to the beauty.

We walked a little further and came across a lake that had water with shades of purple in it. There weren't a lot of trees by the lake, in fact there was only grass. If Jake wouldn't have been holding my hand right now, I could have easily sworn I was looking at a painting.

"What is this place?" I asked him.

"Jessica and I found this place about a month before the accident. We used to come here every day and talk about random stuff. This place means a lot to me, I have too many memories here." He answered as we walked towards the lake and the next thing I know, we were laying on the grass with our faces inches away from each others.  The grass was so soft and it was actually really relaxing to lay on it. The same greyish clouds had now completely covered the sky and it was getting slightly dark because of that.

I played with the end of my hair when I caught Jake staring at me. I looked into his eyes for a while but had to look away, they were too mesmerising.

"What?" I finally asked him.

"Have I ever mentioned that I find you extremely sexy?"

"No you haven't." I joked and he let out a little laugh.

"Well I assure you, Kitty, I find you intensely hot." He added and I looked away to hide my blush, that is when I felt my shirt getting wet.

"What the hell, Jake?" He had thrown water at me from the lake and my shirt got all wet.

I got up and walked to him while he tried to stop me by constantly throwing water at me.

Wow, I didn't know the bad boy was into water fighting!
