•Chapter 10• {|Li Mei VS Red Son|}

Li Mei started to get more and more surrounded by the bull bots, her heart starting to beat more and more faster from the closing in, but she stood her ground. "What's wrong monkey girl?! SCARED?!" Red Son asked in a mockingly and fierce tone, making Li Mei angrier by the moment, "No..." she muttered, balding up her fists and holding the staff tighter. Red Son chuckled, amused by her attempt of trying to be tough and smiled evilly. "GET HEEEERR!!!!" He screamed, the bots nodding and a large bunch charging straight at her from the crowd and ready to hit her, one was about to punch her straight into her face, but in one moment, she DODGES and grabs the bot by the arm and slams it against the ground, breaking its arm off and throwing it into the face of another bot, the other falling back with its head glitching and flickering with sparks. Red Son grew furious and looked at a more stronger few of the group and screamed, "DON'T JUST STAND THERE, KILL HER!!!!" he yelled pointing at the girl and demanding that she'll be stopped. The bots nodded quickly by the command and sprinted towards her, fists up in the air, ready to hit her, she was distracted by the smaller bot but saw a shadow looming over her and right when she was about to get punched, Kenji screamed out "LI MEI BEHIND YOU!!!!" and she heard, quickly turning around gasping and quickly moving out the way of the punch, the bots fist hitting and crashing into the ground, making a large hole from the force. She got up and kicked the bot in its jaw, sending it backing up a bit and holding it in pain, then she attacked it again, punching it straight in the cheek, Red Son gripped onto his hair with pure fury, screaming in disapproval and pulling at his own hair, his eyes engulfed in flames. Then in one final blow, Li Mei KICKED her foot straight into the bots stomach, grabbed it it's arm and spun it around, throwing it harshly at the others. Kenji smiling and cheering for her, for all that he taught her REALLY paid off. "NOO!!! What is she DOING!!! She's destroying my bots!!!" Red Son yelled, him holding onto his head and panicking for an idea to come.

Li Mei kept punching every bot in her sights, one over there, over here, behind her, in front of her, there, here, again and again and again! She didn't stop, for she was too caught up in her rage, then she heard an angry, loud and horrid shriek and she turned and saw Red Son, his fist in the air, her eyes widened by the sight of the furious fireball and tried to get away and move, but was harshly punched in her cheek and was sent flying onto her back, skirting against the ground and dirt and was face flat on her stomach. Red Son smiled and laughed harshly at her. "Look at the lil monkey!? Punched in the face by the great, powerful, and UNSTOPPABLE RED SON!!!" Kenji grew angry and growled with pure anger, completely starting to loose it, starting to biting and kicking to get away and break the restraints, hearing Red Son and the rest of the bots laughing at her, pointing at her with they're giggles and laughs and Red Son laughing with pure amusement by the failing attempts of the girl trying to fight, especially the punch to the face from him. Li Mei seemed motionless, as if she knocked out cold, but that definitely wasn't the case. "LI MEI!!! wake up my child! I know you can do this..!!! Li Mei....plz..." the old monkey whimpered and cried out. He then saw a small bright aqua blue glow from her hair, as if...it was glowing! He gasped and kept quiet, letting the crowd around her keep laughing at her, he knew exactly what was about to happen, "The powers of....her mother must've been in her genes!" Kenji thought to himself, becoming shocked and a bit afraid for what Red Son had unleashed. Red Son continued to laugh and so did the bots, but the bots saw the same, starting to go quiet from the glow and tried to alert they're creator. Red Son was interrupted by a bull bot tapping his shoulder, him looking confused and irritated and lashed out at the bull bot, "WHAT is it!!!? Can't you blinded bucket of bolts see that I'm laughing at my victory-" but he was cut off by the glow at the corner of his eye.

He turned quickly to the girl and saw that she was starting to stand, having her head down and grabbing the stick with such an aggressive force. Red Son saw this and looked utterly shocked and confused, but stayed bold. "WHAT is this?! You have powers!!!? W-..What?!" The redhead questioned, looking a bit more and more scared by the second, "A monkey with POWERS?!" He thought, Li Mei's head then went up and she snapped her head turning it fiercely around to Red Son, her eyes wide and filled with...with...anger. Kenji didn't want her to hurt the boy, ANYTHING but that! He growled and tried to break out the restraints more seeing that the redhead was in for something not good...a power from the mother of Li Mei was something that Kenji was born with, it ran in his family. From him, to his daughter..and to his granddaughter. Li Mei, this was not good. Red Son screamed, "D-Don't just STAND there?! ATTACK!!!!" He shouted to the bots, only for them to shake and quiver from the atmosphere, but only one stood out. It shaking like the others, scared to face the girl before it. Red Son was growing more angry and shouted again, "W-What did I say?! A-Attack her..! What are you idiots doing!" he asked in fear and fury, then he saw Li Mei face him and she started to walk towards him, with immense rage in her eyes, piercing the boy completely. "Li Mei no!!! D-Don't let your anger grow!!! It feeds the magic you hold!! LI MEI!!!" Kenji screamed, seeing a sharp piece of a bot and getting an idea. Red Son started to back away, the bots not stopping the girl from approaching him, making him frantic and look around for a shield..a-a diversion, SOMETHING!

"N-No..! Look...I'm sorry! I didn't mean it..s-stay away! M-...Monkey...girl!" The redhead stuttered, shaking and shielding himself from the monkey right in front of him, waiting for a kick or punch or anything that was coming but...nothing came. He heard a grunt and opened his eyes and saw the monkey holding her head as if she was in pain and she growled. Kenji saw that she was resisting the powers she held, her power may make her seem bad...but her intentions were NOTHING like that, his own granddaughter DID have a heart of gold after all. The glowing from her hair soon began to vanish and the glow in her eyes flashed brightly and she made a loud yell and stumbled forward a little, breathing heavily and shaking from the weight that just lifted off of her. Red Son saw this as an opportunity to escape and he shouted, "R-RUN!!! Retreat back to father!!!" and the bots ran away with Red Som as soon as he said those words and left the girl and old monkey alone. Kenji finished sawing the restraints off with the piece of bot he used wielding in his tail and quickly broke free, running to Li Mei as she fall onto her knees and into his arms just before she fell. Her breathing heavily and looking tired and weak from the small amount of power she just used, Kenji saw that Red Son left and saw a clear exit out of the city, he gave up on trying to stop the Demon Bull King family and focused more on his own family, his granddaughter, picking up the stick and running through the city and away from all the destruction, Li Mei in his arms.

[Meanwhile]
Red Son came back to the lair of his parents, breathing fast and heavy trying to catch his breathe, ruining the small conversation of his parents. Them looking at him with concern and annoyance, but also worried. "Red Son? What happened..?! You look dirty and scared!" Princess Iron Fan asked, holding her side with one hand and looked a bit concerned for her son. Red Son explained, "Monkey Girl...she.." he mumbled under his breathe, but didn't want to seem like a scaredy-cat is front of own family. "UGH!!! It...it's nothing mother! Of course I AM the unstoppable and FEARED Red Son! NOTHING happened, in fact I ran into a bunch of peasants myself! A stupid monkey and her grandma, ugh..they were a PAIN...and what's worse..they got AWAY!!!" The boy hollered, his eyes flowing with flames of anger. His father had a look of disappointment...yet stayed caring for his son, as for his wife, she acted otherwise. "Well then Red Son...since you failed to attempt to win..again, maybe let US take out the invasion of our NEW territory." His mother said as she went to her husband, making Red Son sigh in anger but calmed himself, leaving the room with his head down. "Did we go too hard on him..." asked the bull, "Of course not dear...he needs to learn how to act more smarter and fight, become more like you..." said his wife, then they continue they're talk, as the doors shut close.
