chapter 15 - all good things come to an end

Rushing into something you're not ready for is just as harmful as avoiding it. Tommy was ready; he had his inventory packed with his food and weapons and the axe of peace. Finally Tommyinnit was going to amend his mistakes with Technoblade. He just hoped that the other party was just as ready to accept his apology as he was to give it.

'Hit me with a metaphor' Tommy said. Techno jokingly swung his pickaxe at Tommy. "I said a metaphor" he exclaimed through his laughter.

He didn't know the name of the pickaxe. He bet if he did it would have been a lot funnier. Puffy offered to come with him but Tommy said no. He needed to do this alone.

'If they see us. They will kill us on sight,' Tommy said. Techno looked at him and grinned leaning in close

'They can only try Tommy' he responded.

Tommy could only try. Tommy could only try, he was only human after all. Not really

'Who's your favourite woman Techno?' Tommy asked with a cheeky grin practically staining his face.

'Uhhh' Techno said looking up to the sky then back at Tommy 'my mum'.

Kristen, mumza the goddess of death. She would be proud of her son, she would be proud of the blood god.

'If I remember correctly. You are not supposed to be here. Tommy' he could hear the smirk from beneath Dream's mask. Techno leaned in close to Tommy

"Don't be scared. He doesn't have no house" he said, Tommy almost had to stifle a giggle before remembering that he was in the presence of the most dangerous member of the smp. Dream himself.

'I got one of your discs back, Tommy' Dream said. Cold chills ran down his spine but he refused to show any fear. He wasn't the one that should be scared not anymore. 'Tommy, you are going to come with me. You're going to listen and come with me. Or I'm going to burn the disc'

Tommy shrunk back.

'Well that's going to be a problem, Dream' Techno said, stepping in front of Tommy. 'Because this guy is with me'

He left safe and sound that day. But he was nearly given away because of a favour. A stupid favour, in hindsight he deserved it. He just hoped that he was going to be able to fix this.

Tommy shook his head. He needed to stop moping about, he needed to get this over and done with before something happened. He wouldn't forgive himself if something did. Now that Techno had gotten out of prison, maybe he'll understand?

'Welcome home Theseus' to this day that line sparked so many questions. Theseus was a hero of Greek mythology associated with the city-state of Athens and best known for slaying the Minotaur. His father was Aegeus, king of Athens, and his mother was Aethra, daughter of the king of Troezen. Theseus made a name for himself by slaying the cruel Pityocamptes and the outlaw Sciron. But to Tommy Thesus, it had a very different meaning.

Tommy was shaken from his thoughts when the sound of a siren ringing through the smp. Panic flooded through his body, did this mean.... He bolted towards kinoko kingdom. Technoblade can wait for now.

"Puffy?" he yelled out. "Sapnap?"

He burst through the doors of Puffy's door to find George, Foolish, Sapnap and Puffy. He looked between each one. "What's going on?" he asked. Puffy looked at him apologetically.

"I'm so sorry" she mouthed. Sapnap stepped forward him, his expression unreadable

"Tommy, buddy" he said, causing the blonde to step back out of fright. "Dream just escaped" he said, Tommy started to shake. His throat constricted

"What?" he said his voice cracked.

"Sapnap's going after him and Kinoko is going on lockdown temporarily. But because of this certain privileges have been revoked." George explained.

"What do you mean?" Tommy asked, his voice becoming quiet.

Sapnap put a hand on Tommy's shoulder "this is for your safety" he attempted to reassure him

"Sapnap please" he pleaded, Sapnap shook his head

"You need to leave, I'm sorry Tommy"

Tommy stepped back more slamming his back into the door.

"No you're fuckin not"
