Williams looked furious I know all he wanted was the ring of immortality. I also didn't have any sort of plan I was just kind of making everything up as I went along, but I still made sure that it looked like I in had a plan.

When in reality I had no idea what I was doing. "Listen here missy, I'll make a deal with you. The ring for your friend here, and we can just pretend this never happened."

I scoffed "pretend this never happened? I bet you want me to forget how you also killed my father for this map."

That's when Townsend stepped on Williams foot. He then dropped his sword, and Townsend picked it up, and pointed it at him.

"You have nowhere to go now old man." Townsend said to Williams. "Do it now!" Townsend said to me letting me know that I should destroy the ring.

All I had to do was destroy the gem once I do that the ring will no longer have any power of immortality. I closed the chest I had opened to find the ring. I put the ring on the chest, and in my other hand I had the gun that Townsend gave tossed to me earlier.

The ring was still in the pouch. I grabbed the end of the gun, and started smashing the gem with the ring inside. SMASH, SMASH, SMASH "Nooooooooo." Admiral Williams yelled.

He pushed Townsend down to the ground, grabbed a sword and started charging at me. The ring was destroyed and Williams wasn't happy, I quickly got up.

"Don't move." I said as I pointed the gun at him. "Don't take another step." I said.

"You insolent girl, you ruined everything. I will make sure you will never be able to come back to Port Royal."

I already knew I wouldn't be able to go back there. I knew that very well. "I'm never going to go back there anyways." I said making sure he saw the look of determination on my face. Williams looks very furious.

He charged towards me again. I saw Townsend behind him getting up, and getting his sword ready to defend me.

Before he could do that BANG I shot Williams on his shoulder, and he fell down to the ground in pain. Two navy soldiers ran up to him to see if he was alright.

Townsend looked at me as if he was proud. I saw Philip look at me from across the cove in disbelief. All of the pirates had put there swords up to the soldiers. The soldiers then looked around and saw they were out numbered they dropped their swords and ran.

Two soldiers stayed with Williams to attend his wound. "Take your pick mates, take what you want and get to the ship." Townsend said to everyone.

Since most of the soldiers surrendered all the pirates started running around grabbing any treasure or gold they could get there hands on. Some even carried chests with them, and ran to the ship.

"Go on take your pick Ms. Lockhart." Townsend said to me. "I do not care for such treasures." I replied to him.

"Really, not even some jewels?" I grabbed out the map. "I have no need for such things." I then dropped the map on the ground and watched as it flew away.

Townsend then looked at me puzzled. "Why did you just drop the map?" He asked me. "So, that no other person can ever find this cove again."

I answered to him. "Aye, good point Ms. Lockhart it be better this way." He said to me sounding proud of the decision I had just made.

"Let's go men we ought to get back to the ship now, get ye, valuables and let's go." Townsend said as he walked towards the entrance of the cove.

I then looked around and thought about what Townsend had asked me earlier. Before I walked out I went up to Williams.
