Summary: Dom treats you like a princess, after you get upset from a family argument

Age regression w/ reader as regressor

Taking a deep breath in as you sat upstairs in the bedroom, your hands were shaking and you were trying desperately not to look at any messages on your phone.

You'd broken off physical contact with your parents, after a painful childhood. It wasn't abusive, but it was definitely toxic, and mentally draining. Your houses mood revolved around your parents moods, and a lot of what happened wasn't your fault, yet you paid the price and suffered the consequences of it.

So, you were grateful to move out and move into Dom's home. Even when you were dating, before you moved into your house with Dom, he already felt like home. He wanted so badly to get you out of your family home, and the minute you got, you were out.

It'd been a few years now, but it seemed your mum wasn't done making your life a little more hellish. She'd messaged you talking about much of a bad child you were, since your parents were going to be old one day, and you wouldn't be there to support them.

No matter what you tried to say, explaining yourself, they wouldn't take anything other than you giving in, and coming back into their lives, and taking care of them. And as much as you did love them, you were never going back.

This resulted in them hurling tons of abuse your way via text, both of your parents, as well as older members of your family, which left you completely distraught. You closed your phone to try avoid it, which wasn't working well for you, as your phone was usually your escape.

Downstairs in the living room, you could hear Dom rehearsing with Adam and Tom, and you tried to focus on his voice, desperate for some form of comfort. But, then, he started to sing love song.

And you couldn't stop crying when it started. Your eyes welled with tears, as you made a petty attempt to hide yourself underneath the covers, listening to Dom singing.

The minutes felt like hours, until you hadn't even realised that Dom's singing had stopped, and Dom was coming upstairs. As the bedroom door opened, you shot up in bed, and making straight eye contact with Dom.

"Hey, love, love, what's wrong?" Dom said, dropping absolutely everything to go give you his undivided attention. He sat next to you in bed, taking your shaking hands in his, as he rubbed your thumbs back and forth with his own, trying to soothe you and calm you.

"It's okay, you're gonna be alright, Y/N," He assured again, rubbing your back softly, until your sobs were starting to die down a little bit. "Do you feel comfortable telling me what happened Y/N?" He asked.

"My- family, my- my family," You stuttered out. Immediately, you could see Dom growing angry. He had his own opinions on your family, and it was not a good one, to say the very least. You unlocked your phone, and showed him the messages between you and your mum.

As he read, his face seemingly got angrier and angrier. He could take a lot of abuse himself, and your family could say whatever he wanted about him, but when they said anything bad to you, or about you, he got so angry.

But, as he looked up at you, his facial expression softened, and he closed your phone. "My love, I'm sorry," He said, pulling you into his lap. You sat down in his lap, happily, as he rocked you back and forth in his arms, as though you were a small baby.

You allowed yourself to partially regress, just relaxing and enjoying being babied and having Dom's full attention, which you needed so badly. "You don't owe them anything, you existing is more than enough," He assured.

"And if they can't accept that, then fuck them," He said. "You've got your own little family with me. You've got me, Adam, Tom, Ben, Colson, my family, they're all here for you," He assured, wiping your tears with his hoodie sleeve.

As much as you liked his assurance, you felt your eyes brim with tears, beginning to cry again. "Hey, princess, princess," Dom said, wiping your eyes, as he pulled back the covers, putting you underneath the sheets.

"Try forget about them for a little while, just focus on me," He said, as he started getting the room to be easier for you to be in. He pulled the blinds down, so it was darker and more relaxing in the bedroom.

He changed out of a hoodie, into a more comfortable pair of joggers and a t-shirt, and joining you in bed. He cuddled you tightly to him, his fingers interlocked with yours. "I love you so, so much baby," He said, kissing you all over.

As much as you were trying not to, the whole situation was too stressful, and you were starting to regress.

You were putty in Dom's arms, your blanket held in your hands, as you buried your head in Dom's neck. "I think someone's been big for a little too long," He teased, rubbing your back. You giggled, loving Dom's attention.

"Here's your dummy," Dom said, closing the drawer on the bedside table. You took the dummy gratefully, and you held Dom tightly, and he held you tightly back. "M' pretty girl," Dom said, and you closed your eyes, so tired.

"Do you want me to sing you to sleep?" He asked. You nodded, as you laid your head on his chest. "Pick a song," He said, still slightly rocking you in his arms, which always soothed you, as well as making you feel little.

"Waiting on the weekend," You said, before your voice and attention got hazy again. "Of course, my baby," Dom said, kissing your forehead softly.

As he begun to sing to you softly, he rubbed your back, singing in your ear, which was better than any sweet nothing that he could ever give you. You felt so safe with him, he could always manage to keep you calm and safe.

He was as if a comfort blanket was a person, he just made you feel safe. As he finished seeing the song, he saw you were fast asleep, laying over his chest, your dummy still in your mouth. He decided to let you keep it in, if it let you sleep.

Not moving you from your spot on top of him, he kissed your forehead, before tucking himself in for bed.
