It was barely even eleven am when there was a banging on Ashton's door.

"Coming!" Ashton called out. He yawned, scratching his butt. His hair was strung out everywhere and he only wore a pair of red and black boxers.

The loud noise had woken him up. Ashton open the door slowing.

"Mr. Irwin? I'm Officer Jackson and this is my buddy, Officer Fitz." Two government officials stood there in all black and a suit.

His eyes rose. "Um.. No. Hi. I'm Mr.Marks, I think you have the wrong guy."

Katie walked into the room in just an oversized tee and underwear. "Steven babe." She yawned. "Who's at the door."

"Just some cops Kat, there looking for a Mr.Irwin. Go back to bed."

Officer Jackson stepped closer into the doorway. "Mr.Irwin, you are under arrest."

"For what? I'm not even that dude." Ashton panicked as Fitz put the handcuffs around him.

"Listen officers, this isn't the man you are searching for. Just let him get his id and show you." Katie gestured.

Officer Jackson pulled out a folder and showed Katie. "Is this the man you are dating?"

"Yeah but.. why does his id say Ashton Irwin?"

By now Katie was all confused, who was this man that lived in the apartment above her or who she dating?

"Sorry Miss. This isn't the man you know. Mr.Irwin snuck in illegally without a passport." Jackson said, both officers and Irwin started out the door.

"I'm sorry Katie." Ashton mumbled as he saw her began to cry.

Fitz began to state his legal rights to Ashton.

"How did you get in?" Fitz asked Ashton.

By now Ashton was took into custody and was now being questioning. He ran a hand threw his hair. "You don't understand. I'm legal. I changed my name to Steven, I have a passport & everything. Check my file."

"We have and you have nothing under your file as 'Steven Marks'. Mr. Irwin, do you know your own name?"

"Of course I do! Are you saying I'm crazy?! My name is Ashton Irwin but I changed it to Steven Marks LEGALLY to move here with my VALID passport."

"Watch it bud." Jackson hissed. "Don't get sassy with us. You are facing false identification & the immigration law. Mess with us and we will have your ass shipped back to Australia by tonight. Got it?"

"Yes sir. I'm sorry. I needed to get away from Australia so I changed my name and left to america. I thought my passport was filled out correctly. It was my mistake and I should've checked." Ashton lied. He was so going to punch Michael in his face if he ever saw him.

"Look boy, you are very young and stupid. I'm going to be nice and drop the charges-" Fitz said.

"What? Why! He's illegal." Jackson cut him off.

"Shut up Frank, I'm in charge. We will get the paper work for him to be an american citizen and everything will be okay. He made a mistake."

"Thank you sir." Ashton jumped with joy. "I owe you."

"Don't mention it. I'll be back with the paperwork."

Hours later, everything was settled. It might take a few months for the american citizenship paper to be approved but his butt had been saved, no jail time for him.

There was no doubt that Katie would want to end things when he got back home. He was actually starting to get used to her. It was a good way to move on from Mac.

Ashton took a seat on a curb near his home and whipped out his flip phone.

" This call will cost money dealing with international." the automated voice called out.

'Alright Phone.' He mumbled, using his big fingers to dial the number.

" This is Fell's Mental institution Facility, If you're trying to contact a patient press 1 , if you are trying to get ahold of someone at the front desk press 2 , if you know somebody who is in desperate need of our help press 3 , other reason press 4."

In desperate need, Ashton pressed one. The voice asked him to state the patient's name and their reason.

"Michael Clifford, and its a emergency."

"We will get back with you in a few days."

'Fuck.' Ashton murmured. He threw his phone across the road and walked off.

When he arrived at his apartment, there was no noise around. Katie's apartment was dark as well as his.

'I really messed up.' He thought.

Ashton immediately found himself at his kitchen table, eating a bowl of cereal. His whole day was gone and tomorrow was only going to get worse.
