Meet Cute: The Convention 

Y/N POV

"Hey Y/N, where are you going?" I heard my best friend call me.

I turned to look back at my friend group. "I'm going to the TSL panel they have here! You all go and enjoy the AMV contest," I said smiling.

"Okay, let's meet at the food court in a couple of hours," they said before walking away.

I turned to head to the room where the TSL panel would be. Once I got in the room, it was packed. I found a seat towards the back and got ready for the panel to start. Once it began, I was entranced. None of my friends like TSL, so having a panel where we could all chat about how great this series is feels amazing! Looking around the room, I saw quite a few good cosplays. There were lots of Lord of Corruption and Lord of Fool cosplays, which I expected, and even some Lord of Mask cosplays.

However, there was one cosplay that really stood out to me. I watched as he passionately engaged with the panel, The Lord of Shadow. I hadn't seen anyone else cosplay the Lord of Shadow, so this was a first for me. His cosplay was immaculate; vibrant, clean edges, and well put together. He must have put so much time into creating it. Smiling, I knew I wanted to meet him before I left the panel room.

When the panel ended, I quickly got up to approach him. Making my way through the crowd, I felt nervous. I normally didn't go up to people and talk to them about their cosplays; I hope he doesn't mind. When I got behind him, I saw that he was taking a picture of another cosplayer. I waited until they were done and then I gently tapped him on the shoulder. Turning around, his eyes widened.

"Henry!" he screamed, making me smile.

"Yes!" I responded back just as enthusiastically. "I wanted to come over and say I really like your cosplay. It's the best one I have seen by far today," I said, a small blush on my face.

He blushed fully making his face as bright as a tomato. He put his hand to his face before responding. "Thanks. Your Henry cosplay is really good too!"

I smiled. "Thanks! Can we get a picture? I want to remember the day I reunited with my best friend!"

He smiled immensely. "Yeah. I have to have a picture with my one true friend."

We got someone to take pictures of us in multiple poses before stopping to chat.

"So, what's your name?" I asked.

"Levi," he responded quietly.

"Cool! Is it bad that I immediately thought of Levi Ackerman?" I chuckled and he grinned in response.

"Haha, no," he laughed.

"I'm Y/N, by the way," I stated while I kept staring at him. "Your eyes are really pretty," I blurted out and immediately covered my face from embarrassment. 'Ugh, I can't believe I just said that! Kill me now!' I thought.

He stood there shocked. "U-uh tha-thanks," he muttered.

I tried to quickly change the subject. "So, what kind of anime do you like?" I asked.
