Dennis: Ollie has developed an infection.
Molly: Infection?!
Dennis: He's stable. For now.
Molly: For now?

Molly: So he could d-die?
Mila: What proof of this do you have?
Clara: Well, we haven't actually got-
Mila: Oh wow.
Mila storms off.

India: Hari, I'm serious, you were so well. Well until Jackson arrived & stuff happened.
Hari looks up at Destiny.
Hari: That's where it happened.
Hari is sat in the shower, she cries.
Hari: My life is fucking over.

In the Scarlett Red Tavern:
Molly sits down at the bar.
Claire: How's Ollie?
Molly: Dying.
Claire: What? Moly what'd you mean he's dying?
Molly: He's developed an infection, it's shutting him down bit by bit.
Claire: I'm so sorry, that must be so awful, it's like with my Gran, she had dementia & it took every bit of her until there was nothing left of her.
Claire: Hector, I'm taking my lunch break now, could you take over?
Hector: Yep!
Claire: Come on you.
Molly: Where are we going?
Claire: To see Ollie, when my Gran was dying, I didn't spend enough time with her before she went, I'm not gonna let that be the case with you & Ollie, ok?
Molly: Thanks.
Outside of the court:
Berry: You ready.
Hari: Yep.
Cath: Berry, Hari please follow me, we'll be keeping you in different rooms due to a possible harm to evidence.
Berry: Ok.
They go in.
Drug Dealer: Hari!
Hari: What are you doing here?
Drug Dealer: A late Christmas present.
Hari; Coke.
She takes it.
Drug Dealer: See you.
Hari: Thanks.
He walks away, Hari goes inside.
In the Kane's
Gem looks at her train tickets.
Gem: What are you to do Gem, for once in your ridiculous life make up your mind.
In the village:
Macca: You ok?
Rachel: Not really, the police were useless. Again!
Macca: I bet you must be happy about being pregnant.
Rachel: Yeah, he would've been a great dad, we always wanted kids together, that dream was taken away from us after those bastards did what they did.
Macca: He must've been in so much pain.
Rachel: Eh?
Macca: Lying there, it wasn't supposed to be like that.
Rachel: How do you know he was on the floor?
Macca: I-
Rachel: & what do you mean it wasn't supposed to be like that?
Macca: I have to go.
Macca runs.

In the hospital:
Claire: Hey Ollie, I'm Claire, Molly's mate.
Ollie whines.
Molly: Do you wanna watch some TV?
Ollie whines again.
Molly: Do you think he has long left?
Claire: I don't know.
Molly: Dennis said to prepare myself for the worst, does this mean that he could go any day now?
She cries.
-I don't wanna loose him Claire.
Claire hugs her.
In the village:
Clara: How was I wrong?
Chester: Clara! What the hell are you playing at? Going for Mila like that, she hasn't done anything to you!
Clara slaps him.
Clara: Why? Why would you send my photos to everyone? Why?
Chester: I didn't.
Clara: Yeah right, If it wasn't Mila then who was it?
Chester: I don't know. But it wasn't me or Mila. Maybe you should check yourself.
Clara: What?
Chester: You should check if you sent the photos around!
He walks away.
Clara: Chester!
Flip: You ok?
Clara: Yeah I'm fine.
Flip: Come on.
They put their hand on Clara's shoulder.
-Let's go for a lemonade.
In the court:
Berry stands in the box.
Cath: Where is the other defendant?
A woman whispers in her ear.
-Right. I see.
Berry: What's happened? Where's Hari?
Cath: I'll tell her.
Cath goes into the box.
Berry: Cath, what's happened?
Cath: There's been an incident.
Berry: What kind of incident?
Cath: Hari has passed away.
Berry: What? But I just saw her! She was fine!
Berry begins to hyperventilate.
Cath: She was found with multiple empty miniature bags, all laced with traces of cocaine.
Berry: Oh my god.
She screams.
Cath: Without Hari's evidence, you'll be automatically charged with the murder of Jackson Kane, when your ready an officer will take you down.

AFTER-SCENE:
Audrey gets in the car, Dave revs up the engine, Gem puts her phone on the seat.
Gem: That was the court. Berry's been sent down.
Dave: What about Lady Muck herself?
Gem: She overdosed.
Audrey covers her mouth as they drive out of the village.
In prison:
Berry sits on her bed.
Berry: & it went like that.
