Molly: Previously On Redbye
Chester: Clara!
She swerves to avoid a cat.
Clara: Ah!
Clara looses control of the wheel, she covers her face, Chester screams as the car collides with Mabel who rolls over the car, Clara yanks the keys out of the ignition.
Chester: Go! Drive get out of here!
Clara starts up the car & drives out of the village, Mabel is laying lifeless in the road.
Brenda: The funerals tomorrow.
Layla: She's dead. How did it happen?
Brenda: Police aren't exactly sure, it looked like she collapsed from where we were standing but CCTV shows a car r-
Layla: Someone did this to my grandmother?
Brenda: Yeah.
Layla: Someone ran my grandmother over & left her for dead?
Brenda: Yeah.
Layla: Do they know who ran her down?
Brenda: I-I-I-
Layla: Do they know who killed her Brenda?
Brenda: No.
Layla tenses her jaw.
Layla: I have every intention of finding out who killed her. Even if it means giving the killer a taste of their own medicine.
Layla: Go to hell.
She storms off.
Mark: Oh that's if you don't get there first.
Layla stomps her foot on the ground.
Layla: Your gonna wish you never said that.
She storms back over to him & spins him around.
-Die.
She grabs a broken bottle & stabs him in the stomach & slashes open his stomach, he falls as blood & guts fall out of him.
Mark: Y-you-
Layla kicks him down.
Layla: Your kids are way better without you.
She smiles & flicks her hair back & walks away.

Sarah puts eyeliner on.
Clara shudders.
Sarah: You ok?
Clara: Yeah.
Sarah: Are you coming to the funeral?
Clara: What funeral?
Sarah: Mabel's.
Clara: Oh.
Sarah: You alright?
Clara smiles.
Clara: Fine.
She texts Chester: 'I CAN'T DO THIS ANYMORE!!!'
Janet: You ok?
Brenda: Yeah.
In the village:
Sophie & Alex leave the house.
Alex: Dad?
She sees Mark's body on the ground with police tape all around him.
-Dad!
She runs.
Sophie: Mark? Mark? Oh my god!
She runs over.
Toshiko: Please stand back.
Alex: Dad!
Layla folds her arms.
Layla: What's happened?
George: Someone's gutted Mark Jameson.
Layla: Oh my god.
She covers her mouth.
-How awful(!).
Alex screams.
FUNERAL stops playing.
-I'm Layla.
Roisa comes out of the café.
Roisa: & he's taken.
She smiles.
-Come on, I have to watch Sienna, you coming?
George: Yeah.
They walk away.
In the church:
Layla is stood on the podium, she has tears rolling down her face.
Layla: Mabel Longhurst. What an amazing woman. I loved my grandmother so much.
A black haired woman stumbles in.
-No.
Janine: Have I missed it?
Brenda: Janine.
Layla: You leave now.
Freddie: Who's that?
Celine: Her mum.
Freddie: Sheesh.
Layla: Leave now.
Janine: I ain't my mother's funeral.
Layla: Well I say otherwise. You were a crap daughter & even more worse mother. Always on the streets selling her body f-
Brenda: Not here Layla darling. Please.
Layla: No, they should know what a pathetic excuse of a mother I dealt with. She was always selling her body for money for drugs, anyone remember that really expensive watch my grandmother got me? Well guess what? That slapper there pawned it so she can get off her face!
Sarah: Layla! Stop it!
Janine: It's fine I'll go.
Celine: No. You can come & stand next to my Freddie.
Layla: What?
Celine: You really can't handle it can you? Being out of the spotlight. It's pathetic.
Janine stands next to Freddie.

She tears up.
-& she was perfectly healthy & I was excited to see her after being gone for a while but I come back to find some scumbag killed her.
Clara looks down.
-& I want that person to know that I will make them pay for what they did.
Outside of the church:
Everyone holds onto a balloon.
Brenda: 5...4...3...2...1...Go!
They all let go of the balloons which drift off into the sky.
