Mai: Why should I have to tie my hair up to stop them from pulling it.
Ash: Why should I have to worry about wether my skirt is to short when I go out.
Gwen: Why should I have to hold my keys between my fingers when I see a group of men.
Scarlett: Why should I have to ring my son when I pass a group of men.
Gwen: Why should I have to worry about what I do & don't eat.
Ash: Why should I have to take my drink to the bathroom when I'm on my own so I don't get spiked.
Mai: Why should I not be able to have my earphones in in fear something will happen to me.
Scarlett: Yes!
Mai: I worry so much for Jing sometimes, she's only 17 & with the likes of Macca & Luca out there. I just worry we'll get THAT call that she's wound up in a field in Wales.
Scarlett: & there all the 'professionals' are saying we shouldn't go out at night or we shouldn't wear revealing clothing-
Gwen: What we wear or when we go out isn't the issue-
Ash: It's the men who can't keep it in their pants that are the issue.
Mai: Thank you!
Ash: When we first came to this village, there was a guy called Nick & he was gone within months after spiking that girl.

Scarlett: I've always taught Tony the same & he clearly didn't take that on board, well until his vile grandfather emerged from the cesspit he's in.

Scarlett: Well, the police are on red alert so that's reassuring I guess.
Sophie & Melanie come in.
Sophie: I miss him so much Mel.

Sophie: I wish I could see him.
Melanie bites her lip.

Isla, Maddie, Becca, Harper & Sammy sit down.

She gets up & leaves.
Isla: Isn't she a madam? Anyway so as w as the new girl coming tomorrow, we've got two old students redoing a year.
Sammy: Who?
Isla: Luca Larson & Macca Ranger.
Harper: You are joking.
Becca: Isla I-
Sammy: I'd change your mind if I were you, their known perverts & racists.
Isla: Let's remember who the head is here.
Scarlett rings a bell.

Janet: Wanna get pissed?
