The Reunion: Keith x Male!Reader

Recap: The story so far

(Y/N) is a young half  Galra, half Human, who spent most of his child being raised by his father, Commander Uriel, one of Zarkon's top ranking commanders. When he was six, (Y/N) and his twin brother, Izaya, were taken in by the blade of Marmora. After a mission gone wrong when they were eleven both (Y/N) and Izaya crash landed on Earth where they were found and taken in by Riku Shirogane and their new brother Takashi aka Shiro.

After a few years, (Y/N) and Izaya entered the Galaxy Garrison where they met several people. First two were Jordan Holt and Keith Kogane. Later, they met Matt and Katie (Pidge) Holt, along with Hunk and Lance.

When Shiro, Mat and Sam Holt went on a mission to Kerberos, one that they did not return from. In response, (Y/N), Izaya and Jordan organise a search and rescue mission in order to try and find out what happened to Shiro and the other. However, they get themselves get caught by the Galra. (Y/N) buys Jordan and Izaya enough time to escape.

(Y/N) get transferred to Sendak's ship. After months of torture, (Y/N) takes a chance and manages to escape, stealing a ship and landing on Arus. He finds his way to the castle of Lions where he Allura and Coran, as well as reunites with Pidge, Hunk, Lance, Shiro and Keith. 

After a brief reunion, (Y/N) goes with Keith in order to get the red lion, where (Y/N) ends up being shot in the shoulder. The paladin began training with how to use the lions, destroying Sendak's ship in the process. Not long after (Y/N) passed out from the injuries he had obtain and was placed in a pod to heal. Here Allura and Coran found out that (Y/N) in the current master to Kage, an ancient Altean guardian, and when (Y/N) woke, they found his brother Izaya had Akarui, the other guardian.

During their first time using the training room, (Y/N) ran in to save Keith and Shiro from a gladiator. Finally the team manages to form Voltorn and (Y/N) tells them about what happened with his crew during their mission to Kerberos. 

(Y/N) went and check on those that the paladin had saved from Sendak's ship where they knew him as the black wolf, a young, up and coming soldier in Zarkon's army. While those they had rescued promised not to say anything, someone else had over heard and that someone was Lance. Lance promised not to tell everyone.

When the castle was attack by Sendak, (Y/N) was caught up in the explosion with Lance. When the paladins had finally managed to defeat Sendak, and everyone was preparing, Pidge informed everyone that she was Katie Holt and (Y/N) told everyone that he was half Galra. Allura was not pleased. That night (Y/N) dreamed of the mission that landed him on Earth and his old friend, Dallin. (A/N: Formally named Kiren, I decided to change his name, thoughts?)

After a heart to heart with Keith, the castle leaves Arus. After a run in with Rolo, they end up on the balmera. During their time here (Y/N) help liberate the resident and help allura heal the Balmera. Not long after, Allura asked (Y/N) to leave the castle. 

After debating with the paladins, (Y/N) left the castle and began a journey alone. However, it was journey that came to an end when an encounter with the Galra meant crash landing on an unfamiliar planet where (Y/N) met Cali and Luciel, and after spending time with them soon concider them friends. 

But, when Commander Uriel himself appeared, (Y/N) was forced to choose between his own freedom and the lives of his new friends. Upon arrive back at Uriel's base, (Y/N) was forced to live through nightmare after nightmare in an attempt to break him. In order to prevent (Y/N) from becoming one of Uriel's pawns, Kage lock away (Y/N)'s memories from the years following him crashing to earth.

Dallin was the one to come to the rescue taking (Y/N) away from Uriel and on to a new journey. Dallin and (Y/N) ended up at Ulaz's outpost. There Dallin met with the paladin's and Allura where she revealed that he was Zarkon's son, the former paladin of the red lion and a traitor to Altea. When the outpost was attack, Dallin got (Y/N) out but never let him see the paladins.

At this point (Y/N) realises that he has amnesia after Dallin explains that he has connections to the paladins. Paths collide when both (Y/N) and the paladin end up at the space mall. (Y/N) and Dallin are brought into the castle much to Allura's disapproval.  After talking with the paladins, (Y/N) realises how and why he lost his memories. 

Their journey is briefly interrupted when a distress signal from Inpietas prompts them to investigate, which leads to an unplanned family reunion as Ava, (Y/N)'s sister, had set a trap for the paladins. This leads Dallin and (Y/N) to go on a rescue mission one that results in Dallin losing an arm, but his relationship with Lance growing ever so slightly. (Y/N) ends up convincing Ava to abandon the empire and plans to finds his other siblings as well.

Their next stop is the HQ of the Blade. Here not only is it revealed that Keith is part Galra and everyone reunites with Izaya and Jordan, but also that (Y/N)'s no longer has full control of his powers but also that it is slowly killing him. 

The paladins attempt to convince (Y/N) to sit on the side lines until that can find a way to heal them.  (Y/N) refuses, instead he joins Hunk and Keith on their journey in the weblum. During the mission, (Y/N) had visions of Yona, the past master of Kage. His power also begins to play up, prompt a small argument between Keith and (Y/N). 

After the mission, Keith forces (Y/N) to get some rest, where he has a nightmare about betraying the paladins. Later, the teludav is complete and the final mission is about to begin and (Y/N) has just had a conversation with Yona about his fate.

And that is the story so far, and there is only more of the story to come. If there are any small things that any of you would like to see in the future of this story, and I'll see if I can add them later down the line.
