Chapter 66 - If you do it, I do it

Jennifer was sitting on the couch with Remus, James, Lily, and Sirius surrounding her when someone called her name.

"Jennifer!" Gideon called her as he made his way towards them.

Jennifer, lifted her head a bit from Remus's side and looked at her best friend. Ever since Fabian had confessed his love to her, it seemed like she hadn't seen his twin brother in forever. And she loved Gideon, so it was rather a side she hated.

"What's up, pretty boy?" She asked him.

Gideon smiled at her. She was pressed to Remus's side with his arm wrapped around her and Sirius was sitting just right next to them. He looked rather mad. It was understandable. While everyone seemed happy and in love, he was still hiding the fact that he was gay to his brother.

"I need to spend some time with you." He responded.

He was still standing, looking down at her as she smiled widely at him. She knew what that meant.

"You get the firewhiskey, I'll get the weed." She said before suddenly standing up and racing towards her room, Gideon doing the same.

James clenched his jaw while Lily chuckled as she saw her boyfriend being mad because his sister was far from being what he wanted. And he still didn't know about Lily, so it would be funny.

Remus and Sirius on the other side simply shook their heads at their girlfriend and boyfriend. They were accustomed to it now. Even though it was still something Remus didn't particularly like and Sirius as well, as shocking as it may sound.

Both of them then descended the stairs, Jennifer holding a bag with an extendable charm. Gideon handed her the bottle and she put it in the bag. She then turned to Lily and quickly showed her the weed she had taken before putting it back in the bag.

"I didn't have any so I took some of yours. Don't worry, I'll buy some before we come back." She told her.

Lily shrugged as she played with James's hand.

"It's okay, I've hidden some so we don't run out." She revealed.

Gideon and Jen looked at each other, smiling before they looked back at her.

"That's why we love you." They said in unison before Jen walked towards Remus and pecked him on the lips.

She saw Gideon look at Sirius. She knew her friend would never force his coming out to everyone but she had to admit that Gideon had a hard past with stuck-up gays. And she knew he didn't want to go through that again.

So she walked away from Remus and made her way with Gideon towards the portrait. And just as she was about to cross it with him, she saw Gideon spin around only for Sirius to crash his mouth on his.

Jennifer smiled at that. By kissing Gideon on the mouth in the common room in front of the whole Gryffindor population, he didn't just shout at the whole world that he was gay but also that Gideon and he were something. Something very official at that.

And as Gideon and Sirius parted, they both smiled goofily at each other, before Gideon and Jennifer finally exited the common room but not before hearing-

"What the fuck just happened?" Lily seemed to ask, completely in shock.

She didn't use slurs often, only when she was completely taken aback.

And while Lily was so shocked you could've asked anything from her, James had a completely different reaction.

"I KNEW IT." James shouted excitedly.
