Calming The Storm

Chapter thirty-nine

Smoke's pov

I'm propped on the counter and I looked down. As I did my long raven hair covers my face. I also crossed my arms.

"Juice can I have a moment with Smoke?" Jax asks.

"Yea." Juice says.

I look up, he came and kissed my forehead and left the kitchen.

"Sit." Jax says pointing to the chair Juice was in.

"I'm so sorry Bubby." I say sitting down. I then tucked my hair behind my ears.

"You come to me for everything. Not this." He says with a defeated look.

"I didn't know how." I say as my voice breaks.

"Sis you know I would have helped you both." He says.

"You also taught me as a Ol Lady, don't rat on your man. You pounded that into my head at sixteen. I did what I was told because I love him with all that I have." I say.

"I know that you do. I see it all the time. I saw it the moment he asked for the both of you to be together from the start. He loves you far more then you will ever know. I also know that you two would do anything for each other." He says.

I nod.

"Your a great Ol Lady okay?" He says.

I nodded again.

"Dry those eyes. Look sis, I don't hate you. I love the both of you. I'm thrilled to say he is my brother in law. I don't want either of you to loose the patch, and I don't want you to loose the ink. Just listen to me." He says.

"I will listen to you bro." I say wiping my eyes.

We then got up and hugged each other.

Later

Juice and I are back at the clubhouse.

"What happens when we find it? To Clay?" I ask.

"The same thing that will happen to you both if neither of you find it." Jax says.

I made a line with my lips then Jax walked away. Juice and I walked to the clubhouse.

"So much for leaving. We're in really deep. Never thought my brother would ever say that." I say.

"I know babe. I didn't expect this either. We've got to stick together." Juice says.

I then gently put my hands on his face.

"Thick and thin my love. I ain't goin anywhere. I love you." I say.

"I love you. So much. So much baby." He says.

I look into his eyes, then slid my hands to his, gently pulled his feet, and let go of his hands.

I stepped back a little.

"Come show me how much." I say taking off my skin tight black shirt off.

We then went into my room.

Next day.

We're outside and Jax walked up to us.

"I need those documents today you two." He says.

"Okay." I say.

Juice nodded.

When Clay rolled in, Chucky was walked out, the two went to the clubhouse, and Juice and I walk out of the garage, and we left out to Clay's.

We are searching. After a while Juice and I met up in the hall and we are thinking. Wait.
