Chapter fourty-seven

Smoke's pov
Next day

The guys and I met up with Jax and then Alvarez showed as well.

We all talked about things.

A moment after.

Jax then looked at me and smiled.

"Hey your eyes are bright again." He says.

I look up at Happy and smile.

"Thank you." Jax says to him.

"I never stopped loving your sister." He says.

"I know. I could see it. (He looked to me) I also know that you never stopped loving him. Yes you lived Juice but, the love for Hap it never left you. All you did was hide it very well." Jax says.

Later

It's after a meeting.

"Smoke it's good to see the old you back. Seeing that sparkle in your eyes again." Chibs says with a smile.

"Thanks Chibs." I say.

"Hap, take good care of her." He says.

"Always." Happy says.

Chibs looked back to me.

"Don't let people say that your doing the wrong thing. With what happened with Juice, you didn't deserve that. Honestly, Hap has never stopped loving you. (He looks to Happy.) Keep that smile on her face Hap." He says.

"I plan to." Happy says.

A moment later Conner shows and he's pissed. Then after that conversation we left. I'm not sure what is going to happen next. I do know I'm going to stay by Happy's side. If Juice gets out. What would he say? I mean he knows why I divorced him. Yet again he said he would have done the exact same thing the other way around. It's pretty clear, he don't love me like he used to. When did his live for me stop? Did he stop loving me? Hell does he still actually love me?

Unser met up with Happy, Tig, Chibs, Jax and I. He and Jax need to talk.

"Something on your mind sweetheart?" Tig asks.

"A lot." I say.

"Like?" He asks.

"I just wonder when it was that Juice changed. I can't figure out if it was when he had OD. Yet again he started to get weird before then. He became distant and wasn't the same since." I say.

"I noticed that. What made me first see it, he didn't look at you the same anymore, he didn't hold on to you, didn't even hold your hand." Tig says.

We get to the studio and Jax needs to now speak with Packer.

"Did Juice ever say anything about me like, he had used to act on top of the world about me." I say.

"I could tell something was up but I wasn't going to pry into your marriage." Chibs says.

"I know he was different for a while. Just had thought the two of you were dealing with it in your own ways." Happy says.

"What I shoulda have noticed first was the distance." I say.

After

Roak wants to meet.

"Oh boy." I say.

"It's gonna be okay sis." Jax says.

We all left.

We arrived. Not what we wanted.

"Tig, Hap, Smokey, we're going." Chibs says.
