Coraline

After struggling to the kitchen for coffee, I manage to achieve so without spilling or burning myself.

Ethan sits on the couch with his breakfast, so I join him.

Despite being one of the most drunk last night, he doesn't look too bad compared to me.

God, I haven't even seen myself yet, but I can assume it's bad.

Upon walking into the loungeroom, Ethan's already laughing.

"Shut up" i scowl as I sit next to him.

Not so much sitting as apposed to awkwardly laying.

"Im glad you enjoyed yourself"

I take a sip of my drink and sigh, placing it on the table.

My body's still tired. I wish I could just sleep all day.

Its rather warm today, which isn't helping with my tired state.

I really hope todays a lazy day.

"Guys, he knows"

Our heads turn to Thomas rushing down the stairs.

Who knows what?

"Huh?" We both ask simultaneously.

"He knows that one of you flushed his pills. Now he's freaking out 'cause this means one of you knows about his meds"

Ohhhh shit.

Fuck.

What do we do?

He can't know that we know. He'll be gutted.

Fuck why couldn't Thomas just lie and say it was him seeing as he's the only one who's supposed to know.

There's no way that would have worked though because he was at the hospital with Damiano practically the whole time.

He's probably more scared thinking Victoria knows.

Lie and say you flushed them but didn't see the others pills?

"I'll deal with it" Ethan stands up.

If he does this, Damiano's trust in not only himself, but Thomas is gone. Because his first thought will be that Thomas told.

"No. He'll go mental. I have to do it"

Thomas's eyes shoot to mine in shock. "Coraline, you can't. You'd be the absolute last person he'd want to know about it. He loves you and all this will do in his eyes is put an obstacle between the two of you from fixing things. Don't do this"

It's the only way.

"I've got this"

The boys attempts to stop me from walking up the stairs fail immensely.

From outside the door, I can hear Damiano freaking out.

This isn't going to be easy.

I knock at the door before opening it.

Damiano turns his head and I watch as his eyes go wide.

"No, no don't tell me it was you" he panics.

"What are you taking about? Thomas said you were freaking out, what's wrong?" I try to walk towards him to hug him in an attempt to calm him.

In reaction, he flinches, but doesn't push away.

"My-My pills. They were flushed. They're gone. Who done it? Who knows about my- who knows?" He freaks trying to point towards the draws.

I guide him to sit down on the bed.
