Thomas

A knock at the door snaps me out of my thoughts.

I exchange a confused look with Victoria before I make my way to the door.

My heart drops to my gut when I open the door and see her standing in front of me.

She's actually here.

"Thom"

Her saying my name brings back all the memories we had. And how she broke my heart.

"Nikolah"

She drops her bag, wrapping her arms around me as I stand in the doorway still shocked.

A figure walks from the driveway into the foyer and I instantly pull Nikolah off me as heartbreak and rage course my veins.

"No, you can't be here. Both of you" I point towards the driveway for them both to leave.

I feel Victoria approach behind me, wondering what's going on.

"Cordelia" she breathes.

This is the worst possible thing to happen right now. Especially with Damiano and Coraline here.

Shit.

"Damiano is here, you need to go. He's fucked up enough".

My heads spinning.

"What do you mean, Thomas? What- has something happened to him? Has he gotten worse?" Nikolah's voice gets louder and I get scared that Damiano will hear.

I go to speak, but remember Victoria is here. This is not the time, place or person Victoria needs to find out from.

From upstairs I hear Coraline's voice get louder, followed by Damiano's. they're in the hallway.

The voices get closer.

"Damiano, what the- who hides that from someone? Why would you hide the fact you have a-" Coraline freezes once she reaches the bottom of the stairs. "Sister"

Her eyes lock with Nikolah's, somehow knowing who she is.

Damiano freezes next to Coraline, all the colour draining from his face. "Nikolah"

"Hi" Nikolah whispers.

Damiano's eyes dart to Cordelia and his shoulders drop. "Cordelia"

"What are you both doing here?" Victoria breaks the silence, crossing her arms.

I know exactly what they're doing here. I almost feel as though I'm the reason they're here. Well, Nikolah at least. But I didn't know she was going to come to the house today. I've never been able to fully get over her and what happened, so when she messaged, I felt as though I had to give in.

I didn't know Cordelia was coming. I wouldn't have told Nikolah to come here if I'd known they were still inseparable. The last thing we all need is our hearts ripped up by her again. Especially Damiano.

With Coraline in the picture, this weekend isn't going to end without Cordelia getting punched in the face. And I secretly want to see it happen.

"Thomas invited us" Nikolah half smiles.

I'm shot a dirty look from Damiano before he storms off upstairs.

Coraline follows quickly after him, closing their bedroom door.

I rush after them, making it to the top of the stairs before I'm stopped.

"Thommy.. please. He'll forgive me. He always does"
