The sun was shining through the windows. Kenma tried to shut his eyes harder to block it out, but the light was too bright. As he was going to sit up, he felt something tighten around him. Looking down, he saw Kuroo's sweater hanging around him.

Did Kuroo put this around me? He took the sweater to his face.

It still kinda smells like him. The sweater was soft to the skin. The smell of Kuroo made the events of the prior night flush through Kenma's mind. Kuroo being there when he had woken up. How he had been holding his hand. Kuroo crying for his sake. It had all felt like a dream. Even after all the distancing Kenma had done, Kuroo had shown up at the slightest hint of something being wrong. No one else had ever been there for Kenma as much as Kuroo had. Was it even normal to be there that much?

I mean, we have been friends since forever, but is that really all there is anymore? His heart started racing at the thought. As he got out of the bed, he put on the sweater. The sleeves were dangling beyond his hands.

It's so big. Feels like getting a hug. He slowly made his way down to the kitchen, taking a look at himself as he walked past the hallway mirror. A smile grew on his face as he entered the kitchen.

I must look like an idiot. But he couldn't stop smiling.
