y/n pov: 

>> next day in school >> 

"morning y/n," beomgyu said. 

"yep morning," i replied cheerfully. 

"oo someone's happy. spill the tea. what happened?" he asked. 

"hehe for me to know and for you to find out~" i said in a sing-song tone. i was really happy that taehyun and i were back on normal terms. i mean... the stuff that had been troubling me for 3 years is finally solved, gone, and i don't have to ever think about that again! of course i'm happy. and of course... me and taehyun... hehe

as if it was heaven's call, taehyun walked into the class and came over to my table. 

"morning sweetheart," taehyun said, passing me a small bouquet of flowers, "i got a smaller one so it's easier to keep." 

"awh thank you," i said, taking the flowers from him, "morning too."

he ruffled my hair and thereafter made his way back to his seat. 

"you two... patched up?" beomgyu asked. 

"yeps," i replied.

"ah... no wonder... good for you then," he said. 

"still friends... right?" i asked him.

"yeah... sure," he replied. 

"awh come on don't be like this, it's not like we're not gonna be friends anymore if i get back with taehyun, right?" i asked. 

"that's true... make sure you don't neglect me once you're officially in love okay?" he asked. 

"of course i won't," i replied, taking the bouquet of flowers that taehyun gave and plucking out one flower to give beomgyu. 

"here, until this flower dies, our friendship will go on!" i said.

"okay, deal," beomgyu said, taking the flower from me. 

>> time skip to before break >>

as i went back to class from the toilet, i noticed a little post it on my locker.

"let's enjoy break with each other ;) ~tae"

couldn't he ask face to face? before i knew it, i was sheepishly laughing to myself. omg i'm in love now gosh... i'm 99% sure if it was someone else who wrote that i would just see them as a creep-

i quickly made my way back to class as i took a quick glimpse towards taehyun's direction.

he did an okay sign, probably asking if it was okay to stay together at break as i nodded back and let out a smile.

i went to my seat as i took a seat.

"break together?" beomgyu asked.

"i'd love to but... taehyun already asked me," i replied.

"look how you're already neglecting me," he said, pouting.

"awh sorry... tomorrow, okay?" i said.

"fine..." beomgyu replied.

*ding ding*

"see you after break! i'll get going okay? do i look good?" i asked.

"yes yes you'll always look good in my eyes okay? go go, he should be waiting for you already," beomgyu said, pushing me out.

"thanks gyu, i'll get going then," i said as i waved.

"mhm," he replied, as we parted ways.

"heyy," taehyun said.

"mhm heyy," i replied.

"let's go?" he asked.

"lead the way," i said, smiling. i wonder what he has up his sleeve.
