Bree's POV
"Babe, you've gotta get up."
I shake Ryder from beside me in my bed. Ricky still hadn't returned from his business trip so we'd made the most of that fact and shared the same bed for the last couple of days.
Ryder grunts, rolling away from me, so I shake him again. "Princess, it's 7am on a Saturday." He complains.
I roll my eyes at him, even though I knew he wouldn't be able to see it. "What's your point?"
"My point is..." He starts off, turning to lay flat on his back. "If you're not waking me up for sexy time then I'm going back to sleep."
"Ryder, all you think about is sex." I laugh.
"Sex with you, yeah." He admits, smirking at me.
I stand up, ignoring Ryder's protests and flicking the light switch on.
"You're a cruel women." He groans, finally sitting up and rubbing his eyes, adjusting them to the light. "And I'm not moving from this bed."
"I'll call Paula." I tell him, challengingly.
His head snaps towards me, a serious look on his face. "You wouldn't."
I shrug. "Your mom told me to alert her if—"
Ryder gasps. "The women in my life are conspiring against me? I feel utterly betrayed."
"I'll get Lauren to make a batch of her chocolate chip muffins for you..." I bargain.
He thinks about my proposition for a while, before nodding. "Okay, deal."
I grin excitedly, jumping onto the bed and pecking his lips. "Great, get dressed and meet me downstairs in ten."
He laughs at my enthusiasm. "Sure thing."

"Can I know what's happening now?"
"Hold on a second." I say as I hold onto his torso and swivel his body round so he's in the perfect position. "Okay, open your eyes now." I instruct him.
I watch as he open his eyes, them settling on the contraption before him, a shocked look on his face. "Bree, you didn't..."
"Surprise." I yell, gesturing to his present in front of us in the driveway.
"You got me a motorcycle?"
I shrug, my grin unable to stay off my face. "Well I know you miss your one back home. It's also kinda my way of making up for being an ass to you all last year, so... TAH-DAH!"
He scoffs. "If you're gonna buy me something for everytime you were mean to me before we got together then—"
I cut off his ramble, eagerness in my tone as I speak. "Ryder! Do you like it or not?"
He picks me up and spins me around. "You know I do. You're the best girlfriend ever."
"I love you so much." I say through giggles as he slowly places me back on the ground.
He swiftly kisses my cheek. "I love you more."
Ryder walks over to the bike as he admires it. I laugh, whipping out my phone and taking a video of his cute reaction as he gets on the bike and pretends to rev it.
He finally takes his eyes off his new bike and looks over at me. "Wanna go for a ride?"
I nod. "Of course I do, let's go."

"I would rather die then get on that thing."
Ryder, Blake and I stood outside of his house along with Hunter, Nina, Tanner and Mason as we tried to encourage Nina to take a ride on the motorcycle. Ryder was adamant about driving over to Blake's to show off his new bike as they were both motorcycle fanatics. And obviously I didn't have a problem with that, their friendship was the cutest thing imaginable.
"Oh come on Nina, it'll be fun."
Nina looks at the bike with determination but that quickly vanishes, her fear returning as she cowardly steps back. "Nope I can't do it. I'm sorry guys I just can't! Can't we go for a nice stroll in Central Park or something instead?" She asks hopefully.
Tanner laughs loudly, ridicule clear in her voice. "Now I'd rather die..."
——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————
After an hour of arguing, Nina had finally convinced us all to go to Central Park.
"Isn't this much better?" Nina calls over her shoulder, sighing happily as we walk through the park. Her and Mason slightly ahead of us.
Tanner scoffs, quick to retort back. "If you think being tortured is better than having fun, then yeah." She says pouting, her arms folded as she sulked. Tanner was definitely the least willing to come.
Blake frowns. "I didn't think I could third wheel any more than I already was but I've been proven wrong."
"Shut up Blake." Ryder says, nudging his arm. "You know you're in a throuple with Bree and I."
"He's not wrong." I tell Blake laughing. It was actually quite crazy to think about how close of friends Ryder and Blake had become in such a short period of time. I don't think he's ever had more in common with another person than he does with Blake.
"Excuse me, young man."
Suddenly a middle aged man, dressed nicely in a seemingly expensive looking suit is in front of us, more specifically Ryder. "I'm a scout for one of the top modelling agencies in New York." He tells Ryder. "Here's my card, call the number if you're interested, I like your look."
We all watch as Ryder takes the sleek white business card and shakes the man's hand before he walks away.
There's a silence that falls over us all before I decide to break it. "I can't believe that just happened." I say in shock.
What are the chances?
"Me neither." Hunter snorts. "Why you and not me? I'm a good looking guy."
"Just not as good looking as me. Face it Hunter, some people have it and others don't." Ryder taunts him, flashing the card in his face.
"Are you even gonna use it?" Mason speaks up, asking the question we were all wondering.
Ryder shrugs. "I don't know. I always knew my face was a money maker but I never thought I'd actually become a model or anything..."
"Well if you ain't gonna use it, maybe I could just-"
"No!" We all chorus to Hunter.
Hunter yelps back in offence as if someone had just slapped him. "You all think I'm ugly, I get it."
"I think you're a catch, handsome." An elderly women says as she hobbles by, winking at Hunter.
I tried to hide my laugh as Hunter shivers in discomfort. "And now I'd rather die."
