THE BELL TOWER

Sarah had told Trinity to park in the wooded area so no one would see Trinity's car and since the car was black it was practically invisible from the Bell Tower.

The two of them were sprinting straight through the forest with cicadas chirping right by their ears until they reached the entrance of the Bell tower. Distant sirens were going off but the girls were paying no attention.

"Okay, now follow me," Sarah says, whispers. 

She takes Trinity through a weird side-wall entrance and then up a rattly ladder that leads to a trap door that was actually closed and looked locked but Sarah assured that it would be fine.

She pushed open the trap door and sighed with relief, "Hi."

"What are you..."

"Hi," She gasps, racing to John B and engulfing him in a hug.

Trinity also had finally gone up there and shut the trap door under her, "Hey JB," She says.

"I can't believe I'm seeing you two," He goes over and hugs Trinity too, "I thought that was it," He gasps, wiping his face and pacing around.

"Are you okay?" Sarah asks him.

"Yeah,"

Trinity smiled warmly watching the two kiss. She knew how happy they made each other and she honestly rooted for them that's when the moment was ruined when they almost shat themselves after hearing footsteps below them.

"Someone was following you," John B breathed, pushing the two girls behind him.

The trap door opened and Topped poked his head up, "Topper?!" Sarah said, confused.

"What are you doing here Topper?!" John B shouts.

Topper stood up straight and held his hands out in defence, "Hey, just take it easy, man," 

"Don't fucking move!"

"I just...I just need to talk to Sarah, please," Topper pleaded, gently backing up. "It's not too smart, is it, meeting up with a fugitive like this? I'm not - I'm not gonna do anything, alright?"

John B still had his weapon up. It was only a piece of a metal he had found but you could tell how frightened John B was. Sarah nods and steps forward allowing Topper to say what he wanted to say.

"What are you gonna try to kill me too, man?" Topper looked at the metal in John B's hand.

"Say what you wanted to say and go, Topper," Trinity snaps.

"He didn't kill anyone," Sarah adds.

Topper's jaw drops for a second, "You kidding? He's brainwashed you, Sarah!"

"No, Topper, it wasn't John B!" Trinity tells him.

"Huh? Come on! Snap out of it!" Topper quickly reaches for the rope hanging by the bell, "Everybody! He's up here!" He swings the rope back on forth hitting the bell.

"Shut up!" John B shouts grabbing Topper's arm. "Shut your mouth!"

Trinity and Sarah hold on to the edges of the bell, stopping it from ringing, "Topper what is wrong with you?!" Trinity shakes her head in dismay.

"Trinity, he's a murderer, both of you please open your eyes!"

"He didn't do anything," Sarah says flatly.

Topper just shakes his head, "Sarah, I warned you about these Pogues, didn't I--"

"He's innocent!" She cuts him off. Trinity rubs her face as she starts to get more and more stressed out. The whole Island defiantly heard the bell ring which meant they shouldn't be standing around.
