DEAD BODY

Trinity sat silently, not speaking to Rafe the entire drive. The truth is she regretted last night but deep down felt that she owed him something and had to do it.

"Why are you so quiet?" He glances at Trinity picking up on her behavior. She shakes her head and stares out the window, "No? Silence it is." Rafe clenches his jaw in annoyance and stares ahead at the road.

Two minutes later and they arrived at the Golf Course.

"What time am I picking you up?" Rafe leaned closer to the girl in the passenger seat.

"Like three," She guesses

Rafe nods and kisses her on the cheek before she leaves.

She wiped her cheek once Rafe had driven off and checked into the Golf Course. It was open just not to the public, staff and hired people were working as the cleanup committee getting rid of trees, weeds, and just everything else that wasn't supposed to be there.

Archie, Trinity's boss was speaking to a young boy, Pope who was delivering three bags of beverages.

Pope got paid for occasionally dropping off the items people asked Heyward to get. The Golf Course was one of his most visited places.

"Hey Pope, hello Archie," She greeted them both.

"Trinity! I wasn't sure if you'd make it, please take these round the back," Archie handed her the plastic bags.

"Need a hand?" Pope offered, taking two of the bags.

"Yes, please. Thank you,"

Four hours later and Trinity was stood outside by the road waiting for Rafe to pull up in her car. And he did...just half an hour late, with Kelce and Topper and his other friends.

"Are you kidding me?" She asks herself before getting into the empty passenger seat.

"How was work babe?" Rafe slurred.

"It was fine."

"Come here." Rafe reached over while driving and pulled Trinity's face towards himself, "Look at you, look how beautiful you look,"

"Rafe look at the road!" She shook him off of her.

"See boys, I said she's been in a shitty mood all day." Rafe laughs, speeding up the car.

"Okay, Rafe pull over—"

"What—"

"Pull. Over."

Rafe obeys, and they're all quiet. "What's your problem?" Rafe asks.

"Swap with me, I don't know what you've taken but you're not driving like this." Trinity steps out of the car and slams the door.

They swap places, and Rafe continues to mess around with Topper and the rest of his friends. Trinity had a migraine growing.

"Rafe I need to go over to the docks so—"
