Piper didn't know where she was. All that she saw was darkness.

Had she died? The pain that she had experienced earlier had been excruciatingly painful, so painful that she couldn't figure out the right words to describe it. Basically, imagine having your whole life flash before your eyes while having a massive migraine and having the feeling of someone stabbing you in the head repeatedly and having a seizure at the same time. That was what she felt.

She looked around and saw no one and nothing. She stood and walked forward. Piper ran into a set of bars. She had been captured.

What happened to Jason? Was he alright? And what of her daughter, Allie? Was she alright?

Someone slid a tray of food into her cell. "Eat." said the man in a gruff voice. "You will be questioned tomorrow morning, so get your rest." He finished.

Questioned? For what?

Piper took the food that was placed before her and took a bite. It was toast. There was a glass next to the plate. She picked it up. It was water.

After Piper had eaten her meal, she curled up in the corner of the cell and went to sleep.

Piper dreamt of Camp Half-Blood. She saw her daughter laying in the infirmary room with her father holding his hand. Oh gods, was she alright? What had happened?

Piper watched as her daughter's eyelids fluttered opened and Jason leant forward. She could hear what they were saying. She listened intently as her daughter told her father of what she had seen in her dream.

Allie White was alive. And so was Castor. Pollux would be thrilled at the news. Jason didn't seem too happy about this. Piper knew that for Allie and Castor to have to escape the Underworld by going through Tartarus, something terrible must have happened.

Piper then saw her daughter at swords fighting practice led by Clarisse. Clarisse was just showing them how to block an attack with their sword when Rachael ran into the arena. "Clarisse, a word." She asked. Clairsse nodded and told the kids to practice the move.

Clarisse walked outside and talked to Rachael. Luke and Allie practiced the move on each other.

"So, how you doing?" Luke asked her. "I'm fine." She responded. "That's good." Luke said in reply. They continued to practice the move on each other until they had gotten it perfect.

A cry was heard from somewhere in the arena. Allie and Luke shared a look and ran over to the bleachers to examine what had happened. A camper sat on the ground, staring straight ahead. "Sammy, go get Clarisse." Luke told him. Sammy nodded and stumbled outside. Luke and Allie made their way forward and knelt next to the camper. "What's wrong?" Allie asked the little boy. "D-d-dark." He stuttered. Allie and Luke shared a look of confusion with each other before Clarisse walked into the picture. "Charlie, what's wrong big guy?" Clarisse asked. Charlie was Travis and Katie's son.

Charlie shook his head and swallowed. "Let's get you to your parents." Clarisse said as she helped him stand up. "Class is over for the day." She said as she left the arena.

Luke and Allie looked at each other with concern. Once everyone cleared the arena, Allie looked to Luke. "He said 'dark'." She noted. Luke nodded his head and said "Don't tell anyone unless they ask."

"Why?" She asked him. "Just trust me, Allie." He said with his eyebrows scrunched together with concentration.

Then, Piper woke up to an ugly man's face hovering right above her.

😨
Why do you think Luke wants Allie to keep that a secret??
