Chapter 13: Leo Valdez

The five of them sat with Frank on the ground as he explained what happened. "That's so weird." Jason replied.

"I guess it's different every time that someone is taken." Frank replied.

"I'm not even saying that this is an option, but, do you actually think that if Allie is given to whoever's doing this, she will let the others go?" Annabeth replied.

"I have no idea." Percy replied. The Argo II started to shake violently. Leo rushed upstairs to the control room and tampered with the controls.

Ugh! Who keeps doing this?!

Leo clicked a button, cut two wires, and reconnected then to the other colored wire. There, that should do it. The ship started to sail calmly again. He walked downstairs to Frank's room. "We have to find out who is doing this." Leo said.

"That's the least of our worries." Frank replied with a snappy tone. "Listen, we understand that you're aggravated, but you don't have to be so snappy." Percy replied. He shouldn't have said anything.

"Shut up, Percy. You don't know what it's like. My son is possessed and was kidnapped along with my wife by some mystery lady! The only one here who knows even a little bit of what it's like is Jason, and even he knows better than to speak up at the moment. Get out of my room, now." Frank said with an angry tone.

Percy held his hands up and said "Sorry." As he backed out of the room.

The rest of them followed suit. As Leo closed the door, he followed the rest of the crew down to the Mess Hall.

"What are we going to do?" Leo asked them.

Annabeth shrugged her shoulders. Huh, a daughter of Athena not knowing what to do... Next thing you know Piper won't be able to charmspeak. Leo missed Piper, a lot.

Why did this woman have to take his best friend? She was basically his sister!

Leo would beat this monster to a pulp just as soon as he finds her.

They all sat at the table and did not dare to say a word. "We all need to stick together, we are not separating." Jason said. He was trying so hard to stay calm, and Leo admired him for that.

"Agreed." Everyone said. "I think that this lady is going for the girls. She took Piper and Hazel, the only girl left in the seven is Annabeth." Leo noted. Annabeth bit her lip. "You're right, Leo. We need to watch Annabeth." Percy said. "I'll be fine." Annabeth said. "Still, we need to keep an eye on you." Jason said. "We aren't loosing anyone else." He said in a stern tone as he grit his teeth.

And so, Leo said "Why don't we IM Calypso to see if Luke woke up yet?"

"Sounds good." Annabeth said. Percy made the rainbow and Annabeth threw in the drachma. Everyone gathered around her as she said "Oh Fleecy, do me a solid and show me Calypso Valdez."

And so, Calypso's face emerged on the screen. "Hey," she started. "Luke's destined to wake up any time now. He's alright." She finished. Percy let out a sigh of relief. "Where's Allie and Silena?" Jason asked. "I told them to wait in the Zeus cabin." Calypso said.

Everyone shared a look of fright. "Why?" Calypso asked. "Hazel was taken. We think that the same person who took Piper took them." Leo said.

"Oh my gods." Calypso said. Just as she said that, Luke's eyes opened. "Luke, you okay?" She asked delicately.

He took deep, shaky breaths. Luke sat up and clutched the sheets. He squeezed his eyes shut and asked "Where's Allie and Silena?"

"The Zeus cabin, why?" Calypso responded. "Schist!" Luke exclaimed as he darted off.

"Luke!" Calypso yelled as she chased him. Jason and Leo shared a look of anger and fright.

The IM followed Calypso as she ran after Luke. He started to bang his fist on the door "Allie! Silena! Open the door!" He called.

There was a crash and a scream heard from inside. Luke groaned in frustration. He looked over to the lake. Leo could practically see the gears turning in his head. Luke was very mature for his young age, as well as Allie.

He picked up a stream of water from the lake and knocked the door down. Luke sent the water splashing down into the lake. He barged in with Calypso.

"Girls!" Calypso exclaimed. Silena was wrestling with Allie. Allie had a bloody nose and Silena's shoulder looked out of place. Then, Leo noticed something. Silena was holding a knife to Allie's throat. "GIRLS!" Calypso shouted as she pulled her daughter off of Allie, the knife clattering to the ground.

Luke helped Allie up and restrained her by holding her waist.

Allie had tears in her eyes, her teeth were practically glued together and formed a snarl. "What's going on?!" Jason yelled. Allie looked at the screen. "Silena, something's wrong with her." She said while wiping the blood from her face. Luke let go of her.

"Ugh! Nothing's wrong with me! Something's wrong with you!" She exclaimed as she pointed a finger at Allie.

"I swear to all of the gods," Allie started, her mouth was quivering from all of the anger that se possessed. Luke cut her off and yelled "WHAT HAPPENED?!"

"We were just sitting here and Silena punched me in the face. I fought back and she hit the book case, therefore the reason why the books are all over the floor and her shoulder is dislocated." Allie explained through gritted teeth.

"That's not what happened!" Silena cried. Calypso touched her shoulder lightly and she hissed in pain.

"Then what happened, Silena?" Leo asked his daughter.

"Allie tried to punch me and I jumped backwards, hitting the bookshelf. Then we fought until you guys came." She sniffed. Leo's beautiful daughter was in pain.

"I believe you, Allie." Jason said. "There's no way you would miss a punch like that." He explained.

"Daddy! Tell me you believe me!" Silena cried. The truth was, Leo knew that Silena was a talented liar, so he believed Allie.

"I'm sorry, Silena." Leo said. "Ugh! You are all so infuriating!" Silena said.

Wait a minute...she's only seven years old. How does she know what infuriating means?

"Get out of my daughter." Leo demanded in a stern and deadly tone. His lips were glued together in a straight line.

Silena gave her father a funny look, but then laughed. As she laughed, through her broad smile, she innocently said "Or else what?"

Duh duh DUHH
I know that a lot happens over IM, but I'm trying it out :P
