As Allie and Castor sat on the bench overlooking the park, he thought to himself. Allie had made a good point. How awkward will it be to see his brother looking over two decades older than he previously had? How will it feel to see his father again? How will it feel to see everyone again?
Castor would have to just go with it; he doesn't really have a choice in the matter.
He was peaceful just sitting there with Allie. She seemed on edge, but she had plenty of reasons to be. Nyx had captured Piper, Hazel, and Hazel's son, Sammy and in order to free them, Nyx wants her. Castor would not let her out of his sight, for he knew that she was thinking about making the trade.
Allie was loyal and selfless, but he wouldn't let her leave him to save those people. He knows that she loves them, but he can't let her go because he loves her.
"Allie," he started. She looked to him expectantly. "Promise me that you wot go to Nyx alone and make the trade that she wants." He finished.
"How do you know that I am even thinking of making the trade?" Allie asked him. "I know you." Castor replied simply.
Allie stared straight ahead and remained silent. "Don't give me the silent treatment just because I care about you." Castor said to her. "I'm not." Allie replied.
Now, he was confused. "I'm just tired of everything." Allie replied.
Castor nodded in understanding. "I'm always put in these positions. Even after I die, I can't catch a break. Maybe I should just choose rebirth next time." Allie said.
"No," Castor started. "I want to spend all of eternity with you. We can still be happy together in Elysium." He finished. "Yes, we can. But first we have to defeat yet another primordial." Allie replied.
She was obviously aggravated, so he dropped the subject. Castor thought to himself. What would Pollux do when he saw his twin brother? Castor was so worried. Had Pollux gotten married? Does he have a family?
Castor was seventeen when he died, Allie was thirteen and a half. Age didn't really matter at this point. They had both died, so no one really cared in Elysium. Castor just hoped that no one cared in the mortal world.
Allie had told him about the seven. He knew two of them from Camp Half-Blood. He remembered how Percy was praised when he came to camp for being a child of the Big Three, Poseidon no less. Castor had bet his brother while he was alive that Percy and Annabeth would get together. He wondered if they ever did get together, but he'll find out soon enough.
It was beginning to grow dark, and so Castor recommended that they find someplace to sleep. They found a motel and got a room. They each took a long-awaited shower and brushed their teeth. As they sat on their twin beds, they still remained silent.
They both needed time to think. "Should we take watches?" Allie asked. "Do you think that we need them?" Castor asked her. "I have no idea." Allie said while staring at the ceiling.
"I can take first watch." Allie continued.
"Okay, if you want." Castor said.
"It's okay, get your rest." Allie replied.
Castor nodded and turned to sleep. He drifted into sleep in a matter of seconds.
Castor was back there, in Elysium. He laughs every time he addresses the place associated with heaven in the manner that he does. Elysium is now a dark, scary place. It is nothing like the mythical heaven. Thankfully, Allie and him had gotten out quickly.
Castor doesn't think that anyone else made it out. He wondered what was happening to them now.
When they left Elysium, any type of monster you could think of was invading it. They destroyed the small houses that were placed there and captured the people. Since they could not physically be killed again, they were put in shackles and led to .their doom. Where they went, he had no idea.
A part of him hoped that they weren't brought back to the mortal world. He doesn't want anyone to experience death and judgement again. Castor himself wasn't too happy to have to go through that process again.
Nonetheless, it was better than still being down there. If they hadn't left, no one would have been captured, though. Castor would never have found out who caused this. He never would have known that Allie liked him.
Allie would have been captured and gods know what else if they had stayed. Thank the gods that they left.
Castor dreamt of Elysium. He saw Perseus and all of his other friends in shackles being led somewhere. Where were they going? He didn't recognize this place at all.
Perseus was the leader of the line of prisoners. He had fresh wounds that bled profusely. The blood dripped down his face from his forehead wound. He had bruises all over his body. "Where are you taking us?" Perseus demanded.
The cyclops pulling the prisoners did not answer. "Answer me!" Perseus screamed at him. The cyclops turned around and slammed his club on Perseus's head. Castor sucked in a breath. Perseus fell to the ground unconscious. The cyclops threw Perseus over his shoulder and continued walking.
That's gonna hurt in the morning. They approached a set of doors and entered them. It was the Fields of Punishment. Castor wanted so badly to jump forward, kill the cyclops, and set everyone free. But sadly, he could not.
Instead, he watched helplessly as they were brought to cells made of magma.
Perseus was put in his very own cell while the others were put in the cells in groups of three. Where was everyone that was supposed to be in the Fields of Punishment? Just as he thought this question, he saw two people that he remembered Allie telling him about.
Drew and Dakota walked out of the doors with smiles on their faces. They talked with the cyclops for a moment and walked with him.
They went to a castle with black mist surrounding it.
Drew and Dakota entered the throne room and saw a figure lounging on the throne wearing a black hood. "Hello." She mused.
"Hello, Mistress." Drew responded. "I would like your help with something." Nyx asked.
"We are at your service." Dakota replied.
"You need to track down a common enemy and bring her to me." Nyx replied. "Who?" Drew asked.
"Allie White." She responded.
