Miracle's POV

We're currently struggling with closing the portals. The portals are too big and it makes me wonder where the portal caster is getting the enormous amount of stamina required to maintain a portal of this size open.

I hissed under my breath when another portal opened on the other side of the academy. I had to flew quickly to the newly opened portal using levitation and I am feeling a bit exhausted already after closing more than ten portals only for portals to open at another location.

"Kaya pa?" Terrence asked when he flew pass by and I nodded

I immediately closed the new portal and my eyes caught a glimpse of light.

"I found him!" I shouted and flew to where the glimpse of light is

I threw several light balls and formed a wall made of light enclosing whoever it is inside. I gently levitated back to the ground and my expression turned colder when I saw Darius, the former king of Dark Kingdom.

"Talaga ngang hangal ka, dating reyna." He snickered at me

I looked at him in a bored manner because of what he said. He must've mistaken me for Hope.

"Mira," Terrence landed next to me and looked at the man inside the light wall

"Darius Foster," I looked at Terrence when I heard him speak

"What did you call him?" I asked him and he looked back at me

"Duke Darius Foster Luna? The former dark King Astevan Foster Luna Rossa's first born with his concubine." He replied and I tilted my head and stared at the pathetic man who got the guts to snicker at us

"Ako ang nauna, kaya bakita ko magpaparaya para sa hangal na 'yon?" he asked and laughed manically

Oh... I get it... no wonder he's a good puppet.

"Puppet," I muttered and rolled my eyes

"You've figured it out, huh?" Shadow said and landed on the ground across me

"You purposely waited for me to figure it out, huh?" I retorted coldly

"You're not a kid," Dike said and my lips formed a thin line

Indeed. I am no longer a kid, I shouldn't let anyone play me for a fool ever again.

"I'll get my twin." I muttered and levitated from the ground

"Sama ako," Terrence said and flew up

I flew upwards and began looking for my twin in all the miniscule figures, it didn't take long as I felt a dark presence that seem to have been coming from the underworld. I flew around while looking for where that presence is coming from, the dark energy laced in the air is masking that presence. My eyes quickly caught a figure emitting dark energy, not from the enemies but from our side and that definitely is Hope,

The dark god has crept into her mind and is corrupting her mind with darkness, I have to snap her out of that trance so I formed a water ball in my hand and froze it's surface while cooling the temperature of the water.

"Ibabato mo 'yan sa kanya?" Terrence asked and I looked at him blankly

"You got any better idea?" I asked him and he shook his head and I threw the frozen water ball to Hope's direction

"Hope!" I called her and made another on just in case I missed

She was falling so I flew downwards and formed an ice pool filled with water on the ground where she'll land. I landed safely on the ground and I saw Hope glare at me after seeing the frozen water ball on my hand.
