CHAPTER 37
Tine’s POV
After having the permission to file for a leave, I booked my flight to Phuket. “so you finally decided to file a leave to work at home. I don’t really know if I should sulk and get jealous or not” Sarawat said as he saw me packing for my flight to Phuket.  “babe, do you really have to ask me that? I’m going to help my brother with his wedding. I’m not going there to party or what. And Man already left this morning, he will be arriving tonight. I am sure you won’t be lonely and for sure you’ll be going out to party at the bar all night like a bachelors party. Do you think I won’t guess what you will do when you guys get together? You know what that’s ok with me, as long as you promise that you won’t cause any trouble” I said “hey, he’s coming to ask me help him plan too you know? It’s not like he’s coming to party” he answered. “ok, let’s not argue on this. Just don’t cause trouble when I’m gone ok? That way I’ll be assured.” I think I’ll be very busy in Phuket since they decided to have their wedding there and have their reception here in Bangkok.
So they divided the tasks like this, Man and his gang will be in charge of the reception here and book everything before going to Phuket for the wedding day. “hey babe, we still have 3 weeks before the wedding and youre already leaving. Does that mean that I won’t be seeing you until the day before the wedding?” this fool has only realized this now.  “I think you are too slow. But you know what? I feel ok that I won’t be seing you for 3 weeks. I mean, I want to know how much I have really changed. The last time we parted was back in college when you had to practice for the 2U event in P’Dim’s house for two weeks. I cried so hard because I felt lonely, I missed you so much that time. But I don’t know about now. I think it’s a great chance to find out because it’ll make me long for you”
His face changed, he knows I’m teasing him. He looks so cute, “hey, isn’t that unfair? You were not the only one who felt lonely. I practiced so hard so P’Dim would feel contented and end our practice early, It was so hard for me to survive two weeks without you when I had spent my everyday with you. And I doubt that it will still be the same this time. Even if you’ll be busy, I will nag and call you everytime I feel lonely and sick. I’m just telling you in advance” “ok, ok, I’ll answer if you call. I’m afraid that if I won’t answer then you’ll come as fast as you can to look for me. I’m afraid we’d be the one to ruin my brother and your best friend’s wedding. I am sure you wouldn’t want that, so let’s settle with it. Call me if you miss me, call if you feel lonely or sick which I think is would never happen. But I’ll agree in case you do feel like that. You’re my boyfriend after all, who am I to disagree?”

“hello Tine, have you booked your flight yet?”
“yes P, I’m scheduled to leave tomorrow”
“ok, good to hear. Man already left this morning as I texted you, I think he’ll be arriving there tomorrow as well. By the way, what did Sarawat said? Did he agree to make you come here for three weeks stay? Won’t he feel  lonely without you?”
“he said he will, so he will nag and call me from time to time. But I don’t think that will really happen. When Man arrives for sure they’ll throw him a bachelor’s party and drink all night at a club”
“well, that’s expected ot them. But let them have fun, we’re old enough and I am sure they are responsible enough all of them are already taken. Don’t worry, they are gonna be fine”
“I am not worried P, I am just scared that he’ll make trouble while I’m gone. I want to be with him when anything happens”
“I think you are the one who feel like missing him.”
“let’s not talk about it. By the way, have you already talked to Man’s parents about the whole thing?”
“yeah, I have set everything already. When we got engaged, we had a virtual call together with our parents and everything has been settled. And, mom and dad have scheduled their flight also Man’s parents. I think they’ll be arriving next way”
“oh, I think we really have to clean the house when I arrive”
“yes, that’s one thing too. So be safe on your way here”
“mmm..”
“and settle with Sarawat so he won’t sulk or get mad or feel lonely or more worse get emotional when you leave. Talk to him again ok?”
“yeah, I’ll talk it out again with him and settle everything before I leave tomorrow”
“ok, ok, see you”
“ok, P I’ll hang up now. I still have to talk to my boyfriend about it.. see you when I get there”
“yeah, bye”
